First experience with my car leaving me stranded an hour plus from home. Obviously never a fun…read moresituation to take part in. After a quick AAA call, Redl's front desk immediately called and scheduled a service tow to come save me. 15 minutes later I had a flat bed in front of me and a top notch operator Eric that wanted nothing more but to get my car back home. I can honestly say I felt confident that Eric would take care of my sport car under his watch. His team answered all of my questions and made sure a game plan was put together. Throughout my career I've been taught that customer service is everything. If I could provide 6 stars to this review I certainly would. Personal, professional and detail oriented. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you Redl's Towing

I took my van to Erichsen's Service Center on Route 299 in Highland, NY for routine maintenance…read more Part of the maintenance was servicing the transmission. The next day, after driving it less than 40 miles, the transmission hose which they replaced, became detached causing my engine to catch on fire. My van was a TOTAL LOSS. When I went to the garage to speak to them about it, Rich, the garage supervisor would have nothing to do with me acting as if I wasn't there. Jerry Erichsen, the owner, also wanted nothing to do with me. In addition, he wanted to charge my insurance company a storage of $1500.00!!!!! In closing, I would like to say that, not only is Jerry Erichsen a poor businessman, but I feel he is also dishonest.

While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.
