The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! The next day, after driving it less than 40 miles, the transmission hose which they replaced, became detached causing my engine to catch on fire. My van was a TOTAL LOSS. When I went to the garage to speak to them about it, Rich, the garage supervisor would have nothing to do with me acting as if I wasn't there. Jerry Erichsen, the owner, also wanted nothing to do with me. In addition, he wanted to charge my insurance company a storage of $1500.00!!!!! In closing, I would like to say that, not only is Jerry Erichsen a poor businessman, but I feel he is also dishonest.

Well recieved a call in within 20mins.Tow truck was outside in my driveway. He was careful not scratch my paint, he put some cut up fire hose on chains to protect my car. He secured it on flatbed and away she went later I went to Del Hatt and she arrived in perfect condition. If I ever need a tow on any of my other vehicles, I will definitely call Brandls.
