This search proved much more difficult than I thought it would be. Most of the places that I found online had phone numbers that were no longer in service or there had been no activity on their websites for a while. When I phoned Shining Eagle, the voicemail robotically repeated the number I just had dialed, so thinking that it was no longer a business, I dropped the call without leaving a message. Within minutes, I had a callback. At this point, I was just so happy to talk to a real person, that I decided to just go with it. The gentleman was very professional; he asked questions about the vehicle, the shape it was in, and what I wanted to have done. We agreed on a day/time and price. I sent a follow-up text confirming the info with the address. About 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he texted, apologizing to say he would be slightly late due to an unforeseen family situation and asked if his new ETA (30-45 minutes later) would still work. He then arrived at the new agreed-upon time. Once here, he didn't waste any time. I learned that he has been detailing cars for about a decade. Clearly, it is a real passion. He had everything he needed and was incredibly organized. We again reviewed the objectives at the car and then then for the next 3 1/2 hours, he worked non-stop. He is serious, focused and meticulous. When he was done, I barely recognized the finished product. It isn't just clean, it is restored. I highly recommend this company!

The whole thing was set up as a surprise for my fiancé and it could not have gone better. Our driver (Shane) was extremely professional and courteous. We were driven around in an immaculately maintained white Mercedes CLS 550. Logistics for this day were super important as I planned to propose to my girlfriend / fiancé, and was super OCD about all the details but things went so smoothly I could not imagine it going any better. Hot as hell and the AC in the back of the van was not working, the driver's was. Everyone was sweating profusely. My wife almost passed out. Emailed them on the way back and got a nasty, yelling phone call about posting a review, when I hadn't. Owner then proceeded to give our driver, who was good, a hard time about not knowing how to use the AC. I refuse to communicate with her any more as I don't think you yell at customers especially after they just buried a loved one. I should be thankful that I didn't get billed for overtime, considering her driver had to stop for gas and made a wrong turn and a 10-15 minute detour. She said she is fair...she didn't bill for the extra time. Next time if I want to spend $840 to get heat struck, I'll fly to Florida. Choose wisely, this was a mistake. Never once was there an apology or accepting of an issue, just a lot of yelling and refusing to accept responsibility.
