My wife was struck in an intersection about half a year ago. Kingston Collision did the work and we were very satisfied. Then we went on vacation last week and noticed the hood was out of alignment. We called yesterday after getting back and asked to bring it in. They looked at it immediately and brought it right back to the shop. We waited while they fixed the problem, took maybe half an hour. Doing a great job the first time is what we expect from a good place, but being conscientious when a problem comes up is what separates the good ones from the Excellent ones. I gifted them two bottles of red and white wine as a thank you. Waited three weeks , today September 22nd. Promise to get it done on the 13th of September . then they said they're not going to do it. Ed's customer service over the phone was just not friendly

Got into an accident last December. Other driver claimed 100% liability. When I brought my vehicle to them, they said the rust on my car from before the accident couldn't be fixed unless I payed for it, I told them kiss to do what insurance company would cover. When I picked my car up, they had put that in with the price and fixed it on the insurance company's dollar. Also, when I explained to the receptionist that I couldn't afford a rental, my insurance would only reimburse after the fact, she said "we'll see about that." When she called a few hrs later, she had convinced them to give me a rental free of charge. My agent said they NEVER do that. Great family run business, friendly and efficient. If I ever need body work again, I'm absolutely going back there. read more
