I recently took my Audi in for a fair amount of bodywork, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After a series of 3 side-by-side scrapes, all in 1 accident, the entire right side of my Audi was scraped up pretty bad! It included losing the passenger mirror along with horrible scrapes along the quarter panels, the 2 doors, as well as the bumper!!! We went in with our brand new Lincoln Continental that had some weird scratches on the lower rear bumper. Never figured out how they got there. Joe said it was "marginal" whiether a repaint ($600) or just buffing it out. He buffed it out and did a good waxing. It is perfect with only a couple of tiny spots that even a trade-in guy wouldn't notice. I'm gonna have Joe fix up my 16 year old Ford Ranger. It has only 63000 miles on it. We will go back and get an estimate. Joe is our go-to place from now on. And Joe is a really great guy to work with. Caveat: You can only get to JR"s when driving down Hwy 28 towards Kingston. It's just before Kenco and you come to a curve to the right and LOOK FOR HIS SIGN! Then pull over the fog line and pull off and go up the hill. Also, when you leave, you can only turn right off from Joe's place onto Hwy 28 and have to go down to Kenco, pull a uey and go back up 28. If you continue towards Kingston, it's not a problem, just keep on going towards the roundabout.

I know that they come to your house to do the replacement but when there's a camera on your windshield you have to bring it to them to do. No problem, we had an appointment within 24hours and we picked up my car the next day. The windshield looks like a million bucks and they were able to save all the stickers and transfer them to my new one. I was super impressed. They were fast and friendly. I'm not sure what the cost would've been since it was covered by insurance.

When I phoned Shining Eagle, the voicemail robotically repeated the number I just had dialed, so thinking that it was no longer a business, I dropped the call without leaving a message. Within minutes, I had a callback. At this point, I was just so happy to talk to a real person, that I decided to just go with it. The gentleman was very professional; he asked questions about the vehicle, the shape it was in, and what I wanted to have done. We agreed on a day/time and price. I sent a follow-up text confirming the info with the address. About 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he texted, apologizing to say he would be slightly late due to an unforeseen family situation and asked if his new ETA (30-45 minutes later) would still work. He then arrived at the new agreed-upon time. Once here, he didn't waste any time. I learned that he has been detailing cars for about a decade. Clearly, it is a real passion. He had everything he needed and was incredibly organized. We again reviewed the objectives at the car and then then for the next 3 1/2 hours, he worked non-stop.
