Mike looked at my…read morecar for maybe 3 minutes, tapped on the hood like he was in a movie, and immediately tried quoting me over $3,000 in repairs with almost no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

So I choose this place covered under the insurance of the driver at fault. I went off of the other good reviews and hoped for the best. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. They were communicative, reassuring and my car was better than I left it. They wanted to do a great job! Would 110% return, hopefully not too soon. My car is not on the cleanest side of the after photo, so it doesn't do them justice, but it was sparking clean when I got her back! 10/10 would recommend!

I had to have my hood repainted. Because there were patches of paint chippe, a touch up would not…read morebe enough. It took a day and half to finish. The job looked good as new. They also told me it takes 30 days for the paint to cure ; no automated car washes. The repair was high considerably because cars are a necessity. Please remember if you have a mark on the top that feels raised on the paint, ask any body shop guy what to do. Probably best is to buff it on low speed like a buffer hooked to a drill bit; not on a grinder wheel!

They were very prompt on picking my ( Bettie )car up. They kept me informed of what was happening with my car via text, which was amazing. He went over all details of their process and reviewed my expectations. Completed job showed attention to detail and that their Rhinoliner applicator took his time to do it right. I Have had both rhino and linex before. They applied Hybrid Rhinoliner which to me is closer to linex in texture and hardness than older Rhino formulas.

Well recieved a call in within 20mins.Tow truck was outside in my driveway. He was careful not scratch my paint, he put some cut up fire hose on chains to protect my car. He secured it on flatbed and away she went later I went to Del Hatt and she arrived in perfect condition. If I ever need a tow on any of my other vehicles, I will definitely call Brandls.
