After getting into my first accident ever (after 20 years of driving), I felt completely at ease with Vince's Auto Body shop. They completely walked me through the process and kept me updated via phone calls. My car was in pretty bad shape but they made my vehicle look BRAND NEW! I've never seen in look that good--not even when I first got it. I was absolutely amazed at the quality and time my car was given. The inside was also completely cleaned out too! As a dog mama who travels with her pup in the car often, I completely appreciate this little touch as cleaning the inside can sometimes take a back burner. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Brought my vehicle to Vince's Auto Body for repair after a minor fender bender. Ended up needing a bit more repair then I thought. From start to finish, I was kept informed the whole time as to the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was ready when promised. Susan provided me with everything that I needed for the insurance claim. When I arrived at the body shop to pick up my vehicle, they drove it up front for my inspection of the work done. I was amazed at the job they did. Beautiful work. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. After car accident in July 2024, an appointment had to be made for auto body repair, Vince's was the 1st available in the area. We get the car back and headlight goes out about a month later. We go back to Vince's and Ricky was the most condescending, arrogant, misogynistic man I ever met. I was pissed (and rightfully so, you JUST repaired the car). He talked down to me saying headlights DO go out (yea, but not after a month). Fast forward to Early June 2025 and we have brought the car back AT LEAST FIVE TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE. Finally I called the insurance company (I should've done this the 1st time it happened). THEY called the shop and spoke with them. So now they want to bring in a calibrator (?) expert to figure out what the problem was. Why not do this to begin with? Side notes, we live 20 minutes away, rides there and back, having to leave work, take off from work, etc was a huge pain in the a**. Also, they promise a rental and you can get it right there at the shop, well Enterprise in Poughkeepsie had none, so we had to drive back to Wapp to get a car from that location. Figure this stuff out before you make promises to a customer that you cant keep. The last time (and 5th time) we brought the car in, Ricky said to my daughter (whose car it is), I hope mom isnt coming because she's gonna yell at me again. NEVER EVER AGAIN. read more

I bought my car here because the former owner had a great reputation. I was told by the new owner Ricky that he had all of the same workers still working there from the previous owner. The insurance company paid over $7,000 to paint one side of my car which is from the drivers fender all the way to the trunk of the car. When I received my car 12 days later. I had an car rental this whole time. Which was enterprise and that was great service. When I received my vehicle the outside was dirty and not buffed or washed. The paint job was something I have never seen in any of my vehicles and I have had body work done before in my other cars. There were dimples like, not smooth, chips and paint was spilled over in my bumper. The door edges were very rough. There was a two tone spot with a ding in my back door. My car has never had dings since I purchased it nor went the car went in there it has any. The owner told me that the worker must of did that ding when he was talking to him and he distracted him. He also said that he didn't look over the car so that's why it wasn't done properly. During this whole time I was very angry and not happy at all. He said he would redo the car. Well when I went to pick up my car after having it over 8 days this time I went to enterprise and they said I had a balance because the auto body shop never called the insurance company to extend the rental. I called vinces to tell them that and was told they would do it Monday. I called and it still wasn't done that morning so I called Geico and they told me they had no idea my car was in the shop still because no none called them then they adjusted my rental I then called enterprise to let them know. As a customer I shouldn't be doing all this. This should of been taken care of. My car still still has a couple of chips the second time but I let it go for now because I just was so annoyed and still was upset. They had to redo my codes for my censors because it wasn't working. The guy in there put it up to a Machine and found some errors and corrected that. I ended up taking my car to Nissan to go over the sensors because my car seem off somewhat I felt. They did say that they would cover the cost of the sensors were off. When I got to Nissan the auto body gave them the wrong vin number of my vehicle so they had a hard time figuring out the bill and my car because it was connected to a different vin which read it was a maxima. So they figured that out. I will add that Ricky wanted to paint my other side of the door of my car in which I said no just fix what you got paid to do and for him to focus on getting it right. Not on other parts of my car. He ended up painting it anyway. When it comes to my car I believe that you should get Qualiry work and I can understand about one mistake then that's understandable but when it comes to the entire thing that's a big problem. I didn't like the smart remarks made towards me and I said things back also. I mentioned the up rack part peeled and it didn't peel before but I understand that's plastic like so I didn't bother and that's normal. I was told they fired the person who did my car. I don't know if that is true or not nor do I know who did my body work. The body work does look better the second time and they did wash my car but still have very little minor things from what I have seen so far. At this point I just want to move on. Update: I received two calls on 9/28/2021 from Ricky the owner to take this review down. This review is a truthful review I told him. He stated he will respond to this and how he corrected everything so I need to take down right now. He said he will call geico and say I didn't pay my deductible. I have the stamp on the receipt/invoice from him. I owe nothing. He said you hear me take it down right now or right a good review. I hang up on him. He then called me right back and told me not to hang up on him and so I hear him to take it down now etc. I hang up on him again. read more

This body shop is an out of network, body shop and not a certified Chrysler mechanic. On January 11, 2023 I was driving a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo when the vehicle malfunctioned and caused two accidents. I am now suing Chrysler for strict liability, and Chrysler has raised the spoilage defense, which means that the evidence was destroyed by the repairs made by this auto body shop. Spoilage may reduce or eliminate my damages which is why I need this autobody shop's claims adjuster. This body shop has threatened me and refuses to provide the claims adjuster information. This body shop intentionally destroyed evidence because I am black and to cover for Chrysler and State Farm who never investigated the cause of the accident beyond the Black Box CDR crash report. Vince has his lips ready to say that I caused the accident, but in the absence of being a certified Chrysler mechanic, Vince can only purger himself. Vince's auto body shop ignored damage to the vehicle's frame. Now the vehicle's transmission is slipping and the brake engages while the vehicle is in motion. Since the vehicle has been returned to Vince's three times, I think the vehicle can be considered a dangerous lemon. read more
