My location was a bit out of their area of coverage, but the gentleman I spoke was clearly knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on my stairlift issue. He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! I may be able to resolve it myself. Solano Mobility has an authentic concern for helping others. That is a great metric for judging the value system of the company. I recommend viewing the Youtube videos to confirm the company's "How can I help" attitude. I wish they covered my area.

The address for the billing was only for paying the bill and not disputing it. Called about 5 people with all different phone numbers and approaches. When I paid the first wheelchair rental, which they cashed, it was not recorded. They sent me more bills with usury late fees of $30, nearly as much as two months rental. We never received any paper instructions from this company associated with AdaoptHealth on the conditions of using the wheelchair. We assumed our health insurance bought it outright and it was ours to donate to the Veterans after its use. Do not do business with this company as their one office was closed down and my letter refused. They are ripping off the insurance company, too. It is a fraudulent company.
