The supervisor then refused to give his name when I asked to speak with him. Finally after asking 3 times he gave his name but told me his colleague was not obnoxious and rude (I believe she is). He was full of BS excuses as to why the cab was not sent to pick me up but offered to send one. By this time it was way too late to make my appointment and I couldn't really trust them to send one. They were dependable in the beginning a few years ago but lately have not been treating customers well.He finally apologized because they had a driver out. He could have saved a lot of time if he'd simply apologized to begin with. I don't like being gaslighted.

Have a rare neurological disease caused by MVA and have severe anxiety in vehicles, needing medication to help. The gentleman that picked me up was on time, came in a fairly new hybrid, which was spotless, drove extremely well, while enjoying a wonderful conversation. The return pickup was going to be much later than when I had finished, called and was pleasantly surprised that within 10 minutes a car was sent to bring me home. Return driver was pleasant and drove well. Spoke with dispatch 4 times between call confirming ride, and a mixup on my end, and was impressed with the caring response I received with every call Only problem was (mostly) on my end, lost a medical vape on the trip there, not sure if it fell out of vehicle when I was getting out or stuck between seats but seems to have fallen out of my bag and is gone. Did call office to make them aware, due to it being medical/concerned if an underage person found it, etc. Was hoping for a return call with any info regarding this, due to it being a full medical vape, out over $120, and truly hoping it was found, safely. Would recommend and will be using them for all my medical appointments.

*******PASSENGERS BEWARE*******…read more I am not sure where to begin whether it's the unprofessionalism as the issue transpired or to our MISSING OUR RIDE due to Ricardo and his lack of communication. I am trying to be polite as I know there is a different pace Upstate vs the one in the city. But these are the facts: There was enough text communication between Ricardo and I to 1) get price 2) confirm pick up time and location 3) confirmation of receipt that Ricardo received my text. I should have known by the couple of questionable text that there's a possibility that things may go array. But with my California attitude I decided to let it roll off my shoulders and trust the 5 star reviews even though there was only 2. I'm an advocate for entrepreneurs so I optimistically wanted to give this service a chance. The pick up was confirmed for 4pm to be dropped off at Adirondack Trailways in Kingston; which is only 13 minutes away. 4:05 approached and this is where things really went downhill. I texted twice and then I called 5 times between 4:05 and 4:13. The 5th time is when Ricardo picked up the phone to then tell me "Oh i didn't think you wanted the ride." This blew my mind and exasperated my stress since we needed to be at the train before 4:30. Ricardo said he was on his way and that he promised me we can make the train. He calls at 4:19 and says he's here. Turns out, he was at the wrong address. From here he turned off his phone so text messages and calls never went through. We missed our bus. Ricardo is the worse. Do yourself a favor and don't call him.

Please call our office and ask for Julie, I would be more than happy to resolve this issue for you if in fact it is us!'" To add insult to injury she then left a 5 start review in her own company's page. Finally for clarification: 1. the cab that picked me up both times was a white car with "Grab A Cab" painted in yellow in the side 2.
