Communication (text, phone, and in-person conversations) was always easy and direct. She texted us with specific instructions for how to find her at the airport. She drove calmly, competently, and very safely. She checked in by text two days prior to our return trip, and to be safe, we arranged a pickup 4 hours before the time we wanted to be at the airport due to the heavy snowfall (8 inches) expected the next day. We called Arace, they answered the phone and we arranged a very short notice trip to the airport. They sent this clean SUV, the driver was very nice and they even provided us with a car seat for our little one. We can not speak for anyone else, but we were treated very well. We usually do not write reviews but felt in this situation we should give these guys a fair shake. Most angry customers write bad reviews, happy customers often don't bother to write reviews, so we had to step up and do so here.
