I am still trying to get my Porsche back and will. Even an illegal title removing the lien holder was done. The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! They used to be Bobby Towing which were sued by the Attorney General, they renamed to Dutchess Towing, now they are all operating as Redl Towing. Fraudulent company - BEWARE!!!!!

I took a shot and called AAA to tow it but the driver who came said he couldn't do it. AAA doesn't do tow jobs like that. I offered him $$$ to do it himself but he wouldn't and he basically left me stranded 80 miles from my house. I called 3 other tow companies, no one would do it. I got in touch with Mike from Dingees. Mike said yes right away and he even gave me a break on the price. The driver Sunny came within minutes and towed the car back to NYC. It was at least a 3 hour transport. He was professional and a nice guy. Dingees came through for me when I was stranded,, not sure what I would have done without them. The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. Well recieved a call in within 20mins.Tow truck was outside in my driveway. He was careful not scratch my paint, he put some cut up fire hose on chains to protect my car. He secured it on flatbed and away she went later I went to Del Hatt and she arrived in perfect condition. If I ever need a tow on any of my other vehicles, I will definitely call Brandls.
