    Never had a problem with my tow. They came directly to my house with a flat bed for my SUV. All was good. Good management!

    EXECUTIVE ELITE NATIONAL Customers: We have been renting…read morehere for many years, and usually once a month on business travel We have consistently rated this National location and its people 5 stars, and in line with National's Customer Service and Car Quality - nationwide standards. Last month, we received a car with a dent in the rear and brake light brojken, but no big deal - agents came out to lot and noted it in contract, just took longer than usual. NEW Executive Elite Policy: We just picked up our monthly week long rental and were helped by a cordial trainee Brittany, which we had never met, but the first thing I hear from her (maybe something new at this location) is that at this location National Executive Elite members who book certain car class (our company books our travel so no clue and we have no choice over car type) will not be upgraded, even if cars are available. She then proceeded to give us a car with close to 30,000 miles, which is ok if you are renting from alamo or enterprise but have never had that high mileage on national car rentals. She then had to call the area manager, a jason i.?, to get approval to change the 30,000 mile car to another one (?) Confused, and while Brittany was very nice - A lot of wasted time on what is usually an easy pleasant in and out rental. What is happening at this great location and these new restrictive executive elite rental policies? Can't we just keep it simple and great as it had always been at this location?

    Only a positive experience, from beginning to end, with Avis rent a car…read more *Reasonable rates during post covid when other agencies are astronomical. *Avis had cars available when other agencies had none - post covid. *When my flight was delayed 3 times I called Avis to let them know I would be late. They had my flight number and were already aware of the later arrival. Additionally, the leasing agent assured me she would not close until after I had picked up the rental car. *Avis is very convenient, inside the airport, and next to Baggage Claim. Car parking lot is next to airport. No shuttling across town to your car. *Positive experience from beginning to end.

He told us that all of the nicer higher level cars had been recalled. All cars from all different brands were recalled? That does not make sense. He offered us a Corolla. I told him this was too small of a car for me to get in and out of and he said it was the same size as a Camry, which is incorrect. He kept offering us an SUV which I cannot get into. Finally, the woman at the budget counter beside of him Told him they had a Chevy Malibu available so that is what we received. Apparently the two companies share cars. The car was nice and worked fine, but we were supposed to get the "better" car. We should have received a discount or something for this. Next was a nightmare. The parking lot to pick up the car was a long distance walk from the airport. I did not think I was going to make it. it was extremely hot outside, so standing and waiting on him to get it would not have been a help. I had already went down a steep ramp to get outside and did not want to walk back up yet to go back into the air-conditioned airport and then walk back down again. this man saw that I was disabled. He saw that I had a Rollator walker. We told him multiple times that I had to have a midsize car. He should've told us how far the parking lot was to pick up the car and recommended that I stay inside and let my husband pick me up. Honestly, they should offer to bring the car up to the customer. Extremely disappointed. Will never use AVIS again.

    I rented the car from Friday to Sunday. Once I returned it Sunday night I called on Monday to…read moreensure everything was ok and to get final total. The woman I spoke to on Monday told me she was too busy and hadn't processed my return yet, she told me she would call me back, the whole day goes by and I get no calls. I called on Tuesday and was told she forgot and now the computer is acting up so she Again said she would call me back. Well by end of day Tuesday I had charges coming from my card and a Robo call saying I needed to return the car, which had already been return 2 days prior. I called customer service Tuesday evening and the rep was helpful in getting an email over to the Stewart location management. Now its Wednesday I still heard from No one but saw charges show up pending on my card, I called the location and was told by the SAME WOMAN that she asked someone to process the return and they forgot. This is the most ridiculous excuse. It took from Sunday to Wednesday to finally get it completed. I received No Apology, just excuses. I've never experienced such an unorganized business. I will definitely Never use them again and I definitely wouldn't recommend a friend. I'm gonna ensure everyone I know hears about this Horrible experience via FB, Titter, and review boards and sites. The whole situation was Horrible. Stay Away from this business.

She truly went above and beyond and took care of everything for me with kindness and professionalism. She was so accommodating and cognizant of my situation and I left the Stewart Airport Location 100% convinced that there are still good people in the world. We have always rented through Hertz but my experience today helped to ensure that we will continue to always rent through this company. Thank you, Christina!
