I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Our brand new Mazda 3 found a Newburgh NY pothole that I thought I was going to take us to China. It trashed a front wheel, and then minutes later we got slammed by a cab. Papaleo's picked up the vehicle and took over from there. Benny has a spotlessly clean auto shop. It really took me by surprise and i feel that's it says something about how he works and his commitment to quality. When we got the car back, it looked better than new. The paint job was impeccable. The interior had been completely cleaned and was spotless. In the month since, it seems as the car both drives and handles better than new as well. He didn't just fix the crash damage, he fixed everything. Benny is personable and friendly as well. The process did take longer than we would have liked. Getting parts and scheduling with the insurance company is not completely under his control of course. That said, it's clear Papaleo's take tremendous pride in their work. I got into an accident and the driver Frank was on the scene before the police could even finish their report. The were kind enough to drive me and my family to the near by diner so we didn't have to wait at the body shop where they were taking my car. Super patient and understanding. Just all around amazing!
