I have used Auto Collision Center on two separate occassions and have felt so secure and confident that they will do a wonderful job. They are professional, courteous and so helpful in every aspect. I appreciate that they do a very thorough, lengthly inspection of your car so your final bill is going to be the same as your estimate, no surprises. That they were able to reschedule my drop off appointment when there was a mixup with dates (my fault). The cars on both occasions, first an orange Subaru Crosstrek and then a black Honda HRV came back to us in beautiful repaired condition. You couldn't tell where the damage had been and the paint was an exact match. The cars were cleaned and looked happy to have been taking care of. I really can't recommend them enough. My vehicle was badly scratched in several places by a falling tree limb. Now, after ACC's repairs, the entire exterior looks like new and many people have complimented me on how good my Jeep looks. I live on a dirt road and they completely blew me away because they cleaned the interior of my vehicle too!!! The road dust which accumulated around the inside door frames was completely gone and even the dirt encrusted floor mats looked like new. ACC does a great job and makes everything easy. My first experience with them was after an accident. The insurance company wanted to repair, but ACC showed them why the car needed to be totaled. They would have made money off the repairs, but they did what was best for me! Second experience was when my Mustang suffered storm damage. Broken windshield, dents in roof and hood and scratches all over. They did a great job and took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. I'v used ACC three times now and all I can say they're amazing.. all I had to do was call my insurance co and ACC handled everything else. made an apt for the estimate and 2 was later car was in the shop for repair . every repair they've done for me was perfect you couldn't tell the car had been damaged .Cudos to BOB & Lana and staff they are true professionals. my car war returned to me washed and interior was cleaned as well . I had a very small dent in the driver side door that wasn't part of the original repair but Bob touched it up no charge . These folks are legit I wouldn't consider using any one else!!! read more

Mahopac's Auto Collision Center did a wonderful job pn my car. Some drunken idiot backed into the front of my car on a parking lot, got the security feed and all his info, and he did over $2,000 to my front end. These guys treated me like a king. Between them, pogressive and all their communication with enterprise getting me a rental, it made a really crappy situation into an easy pleasant one. My car looked newer then the day I bought it, Shiney and smelling of fresh paint. Did you know they even cleaned all the dirt off of my floor and washed it!? Amazing! read more

Another towing operator charged a ridiculous fee to tow our car from the scene of a hit and run.
