They did NOT do as they were told and said it was not reading and had to program it? Funny because it's on the cars display as rearing 0 PSI because it was in the cup holder. This proves it was talking to the car. Regardless, they uncharged me and rather than argue with them I payed the bill and will NEVER come back. This shouldn't have taken a long time, so I planned for about an hour of my time. This ended up taking nearly 3 hours of my time. The price wasn't too bad for everything we got done, but the time could've been better. There was an understanding that they were short staffed, however when an appointment is made, there shouldn't be such a delay for simple services. The workers were extremely nice, however, and I would recommend them, just carve out a chunk of your day if you're going to wait. They also do not have a bathroom in the shop, so be aware of that too :)
