Long horrible story short - after making somewhere between 50 and 60 phone calls, texts and emails we were unable to recover any of our extra cost from Geico. Walt kept our car for hostage. We cannot live without a car where we reside. we had insurance for a rental car and even that ran out. Enterprise also overcharged us by about $134. this entire episode between Cortland collision center and enterprise car rental was an exercise in futility. when we used to call Walt and ask him what was going on he said he had a customer on the phone and would hang up on us.
