Most of good reviews are fake or just lucky people he didn't need to screw. His son works full time scrubbing negative reviews from social media and they pay a service to do it. Just go to westchester county clerk website and search lawsuits and judgements with name Martone. You will be shocked at lawsuits,, judge.ents against him and family members. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate Mr. Martone help and kindness. I was caught in a perfect storm where uninsured expired license plate 19 year old rear ended me on my way back from the city. To make the matter worse my car had to be towed by a NYPD endorsed towing company since the accident took place on a Major Deegan highway. (Autorama) Long story short, I wait for a month to finally got my car back to my possession. (Towed to Mercedes in White Plains, waiting for the forever police report, it was just a Saga of waiting. Yada yada yada) Now this wonderful man showed up in my life and took care of my baby and now it looks brand new again. Within just a matter of 4 days!!! Guys put this in perspective, 4 DAYS!! We had used Martone about a year ago after a minor car accident. I understand things may have been delayed because of COVID, but his communication and response was terrible. It got so bad, he started screaming at us over the phone multiple times. So unprofessional, and truly not worth the effort. To make matters worse, we are a one car household so the car being held in the shop for nearly two months severely affected our lives! I brought my car for an inspection to Martone Auto Collision. The previous owner of the car had it sitting for months with dirt caked on, check engine light that would come on and off at random and an ac that would shoot dust particles out. They didn't just pass it like the previous owners last mechanic, but actually did there job for a reasonable price and got it back to it's tip top shape. I purchased a car from Martone Auto Collision - they were selling a vintage Mercedes for a client. In the end, I found that Mr. Martone and his staff were honest, well-meaning, and professional people to interact with. I had the car inspected by an independent inspector who noted a few things that had to be worked on: primarily the A/C and the exhaust. I think that there was some tension between the inspector and Mr. Martone (I was not present at the inspection), but I was ultimately glad I had it done since the car is over 25 years old and issues are to be expected. Mr. Martone agreed to fix the A/C and include it in the cost of the car. Mr. Martone was true to his word and did an excellent good job on the repair. Overall, the whole process took over 2 weeks, but I was willing to be patient because the repair work was being done for free. One thing that I did find annoying was being told via text message that the "car was ready," taking a day off of work to come up to Ossining from Brooklyn, only to find that the car was not ready with the repairs or to take to the DMV (but they were happy to accept my cashier's check). The exhaust ended up having to have extensive repairs, but I was prepared for it based on my inspection report, and have no issues in the end with how Mr. Martone conducted the transaction. read more

Beware of this guy Michael Martone (AKA crook!) 10 years ago he took my beautiful Land Rover from me and never returned it back. You see, this guy has a smart system of taking jobs and assuring clients of a complete job, deals directly with the insurance companies to get reimbursed (and believe me he does!) but once the guys runs into a problem while fixing your vehicle, he goes ahead and puts it aside (in other words-he lets it go!..Bye bye job, bye bye car!) I took this guy to court, never had the audacity to even show up, that's his system, he drags court orders and check this out, you know how gets around avoiding penalties and evictions? HE CHANGES THE NAME OF HIS BUSINESS EVERYTIME HE RUNS INTO A BIG MESS! smart move right?..You see, 10 years ago Martone Auto Body was called Westchester Auto Collision, but he must of had too many issues that he had to change it.
