I'm a from California and I had an issue with my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The driver's door was blown open by the wind on a cross country trip and I happen to call NTC Auto Body. These people are so nice and got to my repair so quickly and that's why I'm writing on Yelp because I believe good people deserve to be recognized. I brought the truck in they figured out what was the problem they ordered the part even though it was small they ordered it and the next day they installed it and fixed my door. I think everybody at NTC Auto Body, I appreciate people who do good business read more

Great shop! EDDIE is a honest and professional man who looks out for the customers best interests!

I have had extensive work done on more than one occasion and have always left knowing that I got the work done correctly and feeling good about the price. Ed and team have always been responsive with updates and progress, especially post-pandemic when shipment of parts is out of their control. I am not from the area, and, being a young woman looking for help with car repairs can be intimidating. Now I know that I have a trusted and reliable place for major accidents like hitting a deer and minor issues like a cracked mirror. Would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

Excellent service with a caring attitude for people in the Community ! I pulled into NTC today with a loose back bumper cover caused by a minor fender bender. In a matter of minutes my bumper was "recliped" and even a little touch up paint for the minor scratch. The Price ? We'll it was Free !!! Incredible!!! I appreciate it so much and will recommend NTC AutoBody to everyone I know. It reminded me that decent people run great business like NTC Auto Body ! THANK YOU !!! read more

My Buick Enclave was towed to NTC the following morning I received a call from the team to review next steps - right from the start I knew I was in competent hands. My SUV and some damage!!! - I hit a patch of ice and had no control - hit a ditch guard rail and had extensive damage- Body damage and wheel tire rod etc.... We all have supply chain stories and frustrations - Owner & Operator Bill sent a diver 100 miles away to pick up a replacement door - it was the only door available in the tri-state - Now that's custom service - we could have waited weeks / months for the door. When I picked up my 2019 Enclave - it was like the first day I rolled it out of the showroom - NTC treated my like family - my experience Five Star +++ read more

Once again, Ed has gone above and beyond to help out. This time I inherited a car from my mom. My brother jumped it to get it to my house and told me I needed to get a new battery for it. When I tried to remove the old battery the connections snapped. Now the car couldn't be jumped and wouldn't start. I had picked up a new battery and new connectors but soon realized I wasn't sure how to fix it. No one from the dealership would come out so I called Ed from NTC Auto Body, who had fixed this car in the past for my mom and several other cars for myself and friends that I referred to his shop. I contacted him in the morning to see if he could help and by lunchtime I had a running car. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will always bring any car repairs to NTC Auto Body. They have always delivered. read more

I had a horrible experience with Ed. I was in an accident less than a mile from my home and I asked for my car to be towed to my home. Ed came into my ambulance where I had suffered a broken arm and trauma, he was angry and very intimidating, he demanded that my car be towed to his shop, I refused and he became irate and said to give him money right now. It was so upsetting that I ask for the state trooper to remove him from the ambulance. Afterwards, my car was towed to my home. Please be careful of this guy. read more

"Excellent" and "Extraordinary" are just two of many glowing adjectives that come to mind, in attempting to describe my recent experience with NTC Auto Body on Route 9. Several weeks ago, with the end of our three year lease on a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 a month away, my wife veered off the highway and collided with nine mailboxes! The damage to the right fender, bumper, headlight, and the rear view mirror was extensive. What follows will be, not just one RAVE review, but three. Added to my own glowing recommendation of NTC Auto Body, I would like to also share the definitive opinions of two other individuals who have far more expertise and experience in matters automotive than me: The first is the opinion of gentleman that my insurance provider, Kemper Direct, sent to my home to assess the damage. He proved to be not only congenial, but generous and helpful. Therefore, I asked him who he would recommend to repair my vehicle. He enthusiastically informed me that the BEST in the area is definitely NTC Auto Body on Route 9 in Fishkill. Then, seeing as Toyota was going to get the car back again in the end, I decided to also consult them. I spoke with Toyota's service manager to ask who she would recommend. Without hesitation, she told me that ALL of Toyota's body work is ALWAYS done by NTC Auto Body on Route 9 in Fishkill. This was the second positive Review. And so, I gave NTC a call. Half an hour later I walked through the front door of NTC and met a charming and efficient young lady, named, Tristine. She was Amazing! From that moment forward, Tristine made the entire process of getting my car restored to its former beauty both painless and easy. She immediately arranged for a driver from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Beacon, who also proved to be Excellent, to pick me up there. Two short weeks later, when I returned to get my vehicle, I was stunned by what awaited me: PERFECTION! Not only, was the damage from the collision erased, but every single scratch and dent, inflicted upon it by runaway shopping carts in Walmart's parking lot, over the past three years, was wiped away. Ed Baecher, the amiable owner of NTC, is clearly a Perfectionist! He had negotiated with my insurance company to enable him to return the entire vehicle to brand-new shape, at no extra expense to me. Now, one week later, the vehicle has successfully been traded in. Toyota was thrilled to get it back again, in a state of condition that could best be described as "Pristine Mint!". Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have believed that the nightmare of a fender bender could actually turn out to be a pleasant experience for me. Thus, I highly Recommend NTC Auto Body, on Route 9 in Fishkill, NY. And it is with great pleasure that I lavish them with Praise! read more

Excellent. Couldn't have been better. The folks will even help you get to the train station for Hudson line connections in Beacon.

My son and two other cadets were stranded on 84W at 445pm on Veterans Day. The tire that blew was on the road side & the shoulder was narrow. They called AAA for help & after 2+ hours a tow still hadn't arrived. The manager of the 84 Diner, where 2 of the cadets had been transported by the State Police for safety reasons, stepped in to help & found them a tow truck. NTC Auto Body arrived within 15 minutes of being called. Edward Baecher towed my son to his shop, changed the tire and had him back on the road to school in no time. Furthermore, he refused payment because it was Veterans Day. I am in awe that people like Edward still exist. I hope everyone supports this business who came to the cadet's assistance at a time of need. Thank you from the bottom of this mom's heart. read more

The NTC crew are the best. Hands down. They are perfectionists at what they do. They go above and beyond to help and their business etiquette is top notch. I had to get my car repaired from an accident. It was done on time as promised and looked brand new. The downside was a small ding in the fender that didn't come from the accident and its origins were unknown. We noticed it while picking the car up and showed Eddie. He checked it out and without hesitation offered to fix it for me. No questions asked. It was fixed and ready to pick up in just a few hours. Who does that these days? We already are planning on taking our summer car there in a few months for some sprucing up. We wouldn't think of even considering anywhere else. They've been in business for years- no wonder why. I'll be spreading the word to anyone I can. Thanks guys! read more

My barely 2 year old Grand Cherokee struck a deer and the bumper and hood were all smashed. My neighbor recommended NTC Autobody Shop and I got a very good experience. After the repair, my truck is as good as new like nothing happened. The staff are courteous, honest and very helpful. They are easy to deal with and they won't take advantage of you. They gave me a warranty and they didn't give me a hard time when I have to use it. Ed is a pleasure to deal with, he is very honest and make sure that his customers are happy. read more
