Once again, Ed has gone above and beyond to help out. This time I inherited a car from my mom. My brother jumped it to get it to my house and told me I needed to get a new battery for it. When I tried to remove the old battery the connections snapped. Now the car couldn't be jumped and wouldn't start. I had picked up a new battery and new connectors but soon realized I wasn't sure how to fix it. No one from the dealership would come out so I called Ed from NTC Auto Body, who had fixed this car in the past for my mom and several other cars for myself and friends that I referred to his shop. I had a horrible experience with Ed. I was in an accident less than a mile from my home and I asked for my car to be towed to my home. Ed came into my ambulance where I had suffered a broken arm and trauma, he was angry and very intimidating, he demanded that my car be towed to his shop, I refused and he became irate and said to give him money right now. It was so upsetting that I ask for the state trooper to remove him from the ambulance. Afterwards, my car was towed to my home. Please be careful of this guy. read more

"Excellent" and "Extraordinary" are just two of many glowing adjectives that come to mind, in attempting to describe my recent experience with NTC Auto Body on Route 9. Several weeks ago, with the end of our three year lease on a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 a month away, my wife veered off the highway and collided with nine mailboxes! The damage to the right fender, bumper, headlight, and the rear view mirror was extensive. What follows will be, not just one RAVE review, but three. Added to my own glowing recommendation of NTC Auto Body, I would like to also share the definitive opinions of two other individuals who have far more expertise and experience in matters automotive than me: The first is the opinion of gentleman that my insurance provider, Kemper Direct, sent to my home to assess the damage. He proved to be not only congenial, but generous and helpful. Therefore, I asked him who he would recommend to repair my vehicle. He enthusiastically informed me that the BEST in the area is definitely NTC Auto Body on Route 9 in Fishkill. Then, seeing as Toyota was going to get the car back again in the end, I decided to also consult them. I spoke with Toyota's service manager to ask who she would recommend. Without hesitation, she told me that ALL of Toyota's body work is ALWAYS done by NTC Auto Body on Route 9 in Fishkill. This was the second positive Review. And so, I gave NTC a call. Half an hour later I walked through the front door of NTC and met a charming and efficient young lady, named, Tristine. She was Amazing! From that moment forward, Tristine made the entire process of getting my car restored to its former beauty both painless and easy. She immediately arranged for a driver from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Beacon, who also proved to be Excellent, to pick me up there. Two short weeks later, when I returned to get my vehicle, I was stunned by what awaited me: PERFECTION! Not only, was the damage from the collision erased, but every single scratch and dent, inflicted upon it by runaway shopping carts in Walmart's parking lot, over the past three years, was wiped away. Ed Baecher, the amiable owner of NTC, is clearly a Perfectionist! He had negotiated with my insurance company to enable him to return the entire vehicle to brand-new shape, at no extra expense to me. Now, one week later, the vehicle has successfully been traded in. Toyota was thrilled to get it back again, in a state of condition that could best be described as "Pristine Mint!". Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have believed that the nightmare of a fender bender could actually turn out to be a pleasant experience for me. My son and two other cadets were stranded on 84W at 445pm on Veterans Day. The tire that blew was on the road side & the shoulder was narrow. They called AAA for help & after 2+ hours a tow still hadn't arrived. The manager of the 84 Diner, where 2 of the cadets had been transported by the State Police for safety reasons, stepped in to help & found them a tow truck. NTC Auto Body arrived within 15 minutes of being called. Edward Baecher towed my son to his shop, changed the tire and had him back on the road to school in no time. Furthermore, he refused payment because it was Veterans Day. I am in awe that people like Edward still exist. The NTC crew are the best. Hands down. They are perfectionists at what they do. They go above and beyond to help and their business etiquette is top notch. I had to get my car repaired from an accident. It was done on time as promised and looked brand new. The downside was a small ding in the fender that didn't come from the accident and its origins were unknown. We noticed it while picking the car up and showed Eddie. He checked it out and without hesitation offered to fix it for me. No questions asked. It was fixed and ready to pick up in just a few hours. Who does that these days? We already are planning on taking our summer car there in a few months for some sprucing up. We wouldn't think of even considering anywhere else. They've been in business for years- no wonder why. My barely 2 year old Grand Cherokee struck a deer and the bumper and hood were all smashed. My neighbor recommended NTC Autobody Shop and I got a very good experience.
