Recently, I came out to find a mark on my fender not sure where it came from so I went to Fishkill autobody and asked them the best way I could remove it. Without hesitation the lady I'm sorry I don't know. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. They did not charge me a dime they would not take money I gave the guy a tip that did the work and left very happy once again. The people at Fishkill auto body go above and beyond with customer care I highly highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed if you need work done.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JIMMY!…read more Bought a car from Jimmy's about a year ago. Driven it less than 1000 miles since and have already had to put over $3000 into the car for repairs. Shortly after purchasing it I noticed a clicking sound (within the 30 day State lemon law period) in one of the wheels. I took it in to have him fix it (I dealt with owner Jimmy for everything) and he assured me nothing was wrong. Gave me some BS about 4-wheel drive... He was also very defensive and a bit confrontational about my concerns with the vehicle. I am now paying out the ear to repair an issue related to that very sound I brought up with him. This is just the latest in a long list of repairs I have had to make. Go elsewhere.

Called up silver rock (these are the guys you deal with when you buy a car from Carvana) and they said they would deal with the repair (very minor to the undercarriage protector) through this Maaco. I called them up and explained the situation and they connected me to Rob who seems to have experience with the Carvana situation. Rob was prompt, intelligent, efficient, and downright pleasant. Scheduled me to have a look, which took all of ten minutes, then he told me he'd call me when the part was in, which was exactly what he did. He then scheduled me to come in for the replacement, and when I failed to show up and didn't even get a chance to call him until two days later (got hung up at work), did Rob give me a one star response? Nah bro, without missing a beat he five stars the whole situation with a simple "no worries, let's reschedule you and get this fixed". Which is exactly what he proceeded to do. So I dunno, was this a fluke? Did this one star place just have a really awesome 7 days in a row when I was there? Doubtful. All I can say is based on what I've experienced, these guys deserve your business.

The finished product looked better than I had hoped for. The paint is smooth and consistent, and the overall quality of the work speaks for itself. They took the same care with a couple of trim pieces as they would with a much larger job. The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I expected to be without the parts for several days, but they were finished much sooner than I anticipated. Between the quality of the work, the quick turnaround, and pricing that was far more reasonable than the other quotes I received, I wouldn't hesitate to come back for future paint work.

If you're a DIY kinda guy/gal, you can pay by the minute take your time washing your bae. Both options are pretty convenient, if you're in a time crunch or just don't even want to get out of your car, I'd definitely do the first one. This location also has a dog wash, I didn't try it but sounds fun! My onlyyyyy thing is: wish there were free vacuums? I somehow feel like most car washes include them. Wish there was a way to wash your car mats especially after going in through the drive thru and then having to go in again to separately pay and wash the rugs. Kiiiiinda inconvenient? Other than that, it does the job, car stays clean, everything's available. Vacuums, smelly sprays, they have it all.

I am so thankful and grateful that I found NTC Auto Body in Fishkill after my Subaru was damaged last week! I made a last minute phone call just before they were closing and they told me to come and get the car diagnosed! It took a few minutes to diagnose the car and to give me a price! They were very professional and friendly too! The fantastic part is that they work very fast and had my car ready 6 hours earlier than scheduled! They even gave me a ride home and delivered my car looking brand new and they even washed the car!!! It is such a blessing to have NTC Auto Body in our community of Doutchess county! During such a difficult time, the team at NTS Auto Body and Auto Glass was nothing short of incredible. Their staff was supportive, professional, and genuinely kind. I was in a horrible accident on I-84 and Eddie towed my car and gave me a ride away from the accident scene. I was very shaken up, and he was calm and helpful. He even went above and beyond by gathering my belongings from the car - and there were lots of things! My car was totaled and it stayed at NTC's until the insurance company could assess it. Everyone who works at NTC, whether over the phone or in person, is respectful and helpful. Can't speak to their body work abilities, but I recommend them highly if you need a tow. read more

I first met Eddie of NTC about 20 years ago when I hit a 12 point buck on Rt 9 in Cold Spring. There was a lot of damage to my car but NTC fixed it up better than it was before the accident. Over the years, NTC has done other major and minor repairs to my cars. Eddie has also given me expert advice and care above and beyond what is expected. I had a crash into the back of another vehicle who unexpectedly stopped for no reason. my old Honda looked totaled, I went to a couple local shops, one wouldn't give me the time of day. I got an immediate estimate in my driveway from NTC they worked with me on the price, and I got back a car better then before the crash. read more
