I ended up replacing both front tires, to keep wear even. The man checking me in also recommended an alignment, which I totally agreed I should do. He discounted the tires a little because of the added service. For the service I was there just over an hour. Mind you I arrived minutes after they opened, the wait time does seem to get longer as the day goes on. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because the waiting room was lacking. There were 6 seats, a coffee table, TV, and water cooler. With waiting people it could get a little crowded, and it's not well suited for people like me who might bring work to complete while waiting. But as far as customer service, I'm very happy.

The tires théy recommended only lasted me 1 year probably less. I got 18,000 miles out of these tires and it cost me close to $700. I found this out while doing an oil change in NC and to my surprise these tires had no warranty and didn't even last 20,000 miles even with rotations. I had to reach out many times to talk to the owner and nothing ever got resolved. If you live out of town go to a franchise place because this is a family owned business. I wouldn't recommend.

I wasn't there for a vehicle inspection or maintenance--I was there to have a tire repaired. My tire should have been fixed promptly, especially since I had an appointment. To make matters worse, I was charged $43 to repair a tire with a nail in it. Most reputable tire shops charge around $20 for a standard plug-and-patch repair. The biggest disappointment came a week later when the tire started leaking again. I had to take my vehicle to another tire shop, where they repaired it correctly. While waiting, I also noticed that the customer experience left a lot to be desired. The restroom was dirty, the waiting room had uncomfortable chairs, and the television was broken, making an already lengthy wait even more unpleasant. So, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, paying what I consider an excessive price, sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room with a dirty restroom and broken TV, and then having to pay another shop to repair the same tire correctly, I have to ask: Why would I ever go back? These guys not only found my tire leak but charged me a fraction of what it cost me to replace the tire valve which wasn't the culprit. I believe they even sell used tires but I'm assuming that service since they do have racks of tires in the garage. These guys are my "go to" guys for tire repairs.
