During that time, none of the completion timelines he gave proved accurate, leaving me unable to plan, without a vehicle, and uncertain if or when I'd get my truck back. As a result, the experience was extremely stressful, my family lost five days of vacation, had to cancel multiple appointments more than once, and was out over $200 in non-refundable reservations. To add insult to injury, when he finally presented the bill, the price was inflated -- followed by a long speech about how much he cares about his customers. Unprofessional and unreliable.
