After calling Onstar we were put in contact with a towing service from this garage. Robert and Hunter were the tow truck operators that night and truly turned out to be the best part of a difficult evening. They were skillful, efficient, funny and most importantly, kind! They drove us to our hotel and helped us unload our very packed car, then towed it to be repaired. We couldn't be more grateful.

I feel lucky to have them in this area, and I don't know what I would have done without them. After the huge snowstorm, I got my car stuck on my property. I called them, and they came that same night which was way more than I expected. Jake has an amazing and impressive truck, and he very competently and professionally got my car out of a tough spot, taking care of it as if it were his own. He had to push through a lot of snow just to reach my car, and he did everything pleasantly and at a most fair price. I was expecting in my situation that most tow companies would have charged much much more or had no interest in helping me.

They arrived super quick, handled everything with ease and made a incredibly stressful situation so much lighter. - The driver went above and beyond for me! Very communicative, courteous, and clearly XTREMELY experienced. I've used other towing companies before, but none were this personable and helpful! - Other companies do not compare to this level of service! What really stood out, aside from the top-tier service, was the price, it was fair and far more reasonable than other quotes I received. If you ever need a tow, this is the company you want on your side! 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend!

In early April, I found myself backed into a ditch. Liam from XTreme was at my house within 35 minutes. Less than what they estimated he would be. He was AMAZING! Now CONSUMER BEWARE!! Saturday night/Sunday morning experience was WAY LESS THEN GREAT! ! when my battery died, I didn't hesitate to call XTreme first because of my experience with Liam. my battery was almost dead so I used my limited battery to call XTreme as opposed to AAA because of my experience with Liam being outstanding. The driver, Ryan, arrived in about forty five minutes. He arrived with a dead jump pack and was unable to start the car. He ran back to the shop to get a different one, only to find there was not another. He came back to tell me there was not an additional pack and they had no jumper cables, said their other truck was in Maryland.... And left. Now not only my car battery was dead... so was my phone battery. When I was able to get into Walmart at 6am , but a charger block, get suns charge and I turn my phone on to a message from XTreme saying since they dispatched a driver, they hope I understand I Owe them $95!!!!! when I jsaid I was going to post my experience on google, fb, yelp, etc their tune changed fast saying the driver has since going on his way another call. Said it was not my fault they did not have the proper equipment to help me and they closed out my call at no charge. How nice of them, right?!? I have screenshots for anyone who would like the receipts! I wouldn't believe it myself if it didnt happen to me . Sadly, it was an attempt to collect from me. I knew better, but some people will pay it! That's called extortion. Shame on them!
