They matched the color exactly, clear-coated the paint, checked for hidden damage, and aligned the rear lights to be sure the car was safe. Greg personally called Enterprise Car Rental and had them come pick me up, and when the work was done, Enterprise picked up the car from the shop. NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet. It was a special sublet and they addressed it in proper professional manner. If I have the misfortune of needing body work in the future, here is where I'll be going!

I called them about getting my Prius jumped. It had sat for a week unused and wouldn't start. I…read morecalled them up and explained the situation and explicitly asked for a jump for my Prius. The man on the phone, who never identified themselves personally, said he'd have to call me back. Fair enough. 40 minutes later I get a call back from the same man who still does not give me their name and says "we are not going to jump you. Instead we'd are going to tow your car to our shop and replace the battery and alternator. When would you like to use your car again?" Me a bit stunned said "Oh, I need to use it today, that's why I asked for a jump in the first place." Again the unidentified man on the other end of the phone says "yeah we are not going to do that. So would you like us to bring it to our shop?" "No that's okay." I replied, "thanks anyways." He responds with a thank you and good bye. So they get 1 star for being polite and friendly but -4 stars for the naked up sell and refusing to do the job I asked. During the phone call I remembered my AAA road side assistance hadn't expired yet. Called up AAA and the car was back on the road within 20 minutes of me calling. I was able to get where I was going and hours later it started right back up again to take me home. All it needed was a jump and not a full reworking of the electrical system. So don't use this company instead pay for AAA road side assistance.
