NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet.
