Arranged for towing services from my insurance company & they contracted these bozos (that was at 3:15pm & it's now past 7pm & still NO ONE has showed up! I've called several times & whoever answers just picks up & says, "SERVICE!"...how tf am I supposed to know if it's the correct #, if they don't identify themselves as a business when they answer?! Anyway, I explain the situation after waiting 2+ hours, & I'm just met with excuses ("Idk, I just clocked in") Then, false promises ("I'll look into it." "I'll have the driver call you.") Guess what? Neither happened after 1.5 hours more of waiting! Called back & he sounded annoyed, as if I *WANT* to keep calling or need a tow! ZERO apology, empathy, professionalism, or humanity!! It's now dark out, I'm alone in a mountainous, wooded area & STILL waiting for this mystery driver to show up! Lil Pete's really doesn't gaf about your time OR safety!! Don't ignore this & let it be a cautionary tale: STAY FAR TF AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT, MISERABLE, & UNSCRUPULOUS A-HOLES!
