I've been coming to Dr. Neal Edwards for years. Originally it used to be a different dentist, but he retired and then Dr. Neal Edwards started working here. I've always had great experiences at this dental office. The staff is so friendly and personable. I remember when my youngest daughter was little, the dental hygienist let her use the water sprayer on me. It was sweet of her to let my daughter "help." If you have dental phobia, (mine was severe, I was crying just calling on the phone to make the appointment) you need to go here! So far, no pain and I've had one crown, an extraction, a post drilled into my jawbone, and a bone graft over the last couple weeks. The dentist can give you something for your anxiety and it really helps! Once you realize the procedure won't be painful, you relax even more! They also do same day crowns, so you don't have to go through the hassle of a temp just to come back later to have the permanent one put on. I came in for a consultation. The staff was so friendly! They had some nice technology as well. I didn't wait long at all to be seen by Dr. Edwards. He was very kind as well. I didn't expect to have my teeth extracted that day but they offered and I jumped at the opportunity! The extraction was quick and painless. It amazed me how friendly, quick and efficient this whole visit was. An hour basically for everything. Pricing wasn't astronomical either so that was the icing on the cake! Dr Edwards is by far the best dentist I've been to. He doesn't lecture, answers questions so I understand what's going on and has really good hours. Just finished with an implant and I knew all along what was going on. Before doing the implant he tried saving the tooth it replaced instead of immediately telling me it had to be pulled. From the front office to all of the staff and Dr. Edwards himself, everyone is professional, friendly, helpful and makes going to the dentist very easy! The office is bright, clean, offers free bottled water in the lobby, as well as magazines and toys for small ones. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes or so to be seen. I was very hesitant to see Dr. Edward's since I've had the same dentist for 30 years but Dr. Freeman retired and I had to suck it up. I am so happy! He is so personable and gentle and on time! So thankful to have found our family dentist! The office staff is great. The hygienists have been wonderful, friendly, thorough, & so great with our young kids. I love that local Christian radio has been softly playing in the background during my visits. Dr. Neal is fantastic - thorough, knowledgeable, & has never advised that we receive unnecessary dental work. He tends to lean toward saving natural teeth & treating as needed, where other dentists have been quick to advise pulling teeth or other major treatments. The office is kept very clean. He took over the practice for a retired dentist and has really improved some of the processes to more current technology to save the customer a tremendous amount of time. I hate going to the dentist, whether it's a normal cleaning or a more serious repair. I have to admit, though, the last few years seeing Dr. Edwards has been borderline... fun...? He's efficient, friendly, honest, and always on time (I seriously just had two, pain-free fillings in twenty minutes, both of which he didn't even use any sort of numbing for). I've had a crown and a few fillings over the years and his work has held up and there haven't been any issues.
