Top notch dentist and staff I've been to so many dentists in Riverside and Redlands over the past 25 years. Some retired, some just didn't feel right and a few I ran from. Please believe, Dr Neal Edward's is the real deal. Without a doubt, he knows his stuff. He is also patient, has a pleasant attitude and is genuine. Quite rare in this industry. Hes been my dentist for about 3 years now, and after today's treatment 7/29 I can honestly say he is the best. Treatment Crowns and how he performs dentistry is a 10+. Thank you Dr Edward. I really appreciate you. Maria read more

I've been coming to Dr. Neal Edwards for years. Originally it used to be a different dentist, but he retired and then Dr. Neal Edwards started working here. I've always had great experiences at this dental office. The staff is so friendly and personable. I remember when my youngest daughter was little, the dental hygienist let her use the water sprayer on me. It was sweet of her to let my daughter "help." There's never a wait to be seen, and they always make sure to take care of you. read more

Who says they love going to the dentist?! I do. I've been seeing Dr. Edwards for a couple of years now and they have always provided me with honest and high quality care. The entire office environment is calm, compassionate and fun. Dr. Edwards, Mary and his team all understand that going to the dentist isn't cheap and enjoyable most times but they always offer and explain the best plan of action for your treatments based on your budget and schedule. I've received cleanings to an implant and I couldn't be happier and at ease with the care that's been provided. Dr. Edwards is super knowledgeable and it helps that's he's a character too. Just sit back and let him work his magic with a little chuckle here and there. read more

If you have dental phobia, (mine was severe, I was crying just calling on the phone to make the appointment) you need to go here! So far, no pain and I've had one crown, an extraction, a post drilled into my jawbone, and a bone graft over the last couple weeks. The dentist can give you something for your anxiety and it really helps! Once you realize the procedure won't be painful, you relax even more! They also do same day crowns, so you don't have to go through the hassle of a temp just to come back later to have the permanent one put on. For us dentalphobes, one less appointment saves us from so much stress and anxiety. Everyone here is so sweet and upbeat. They put you at ease from the moment you walk in. read more

Great Dentist and office staff! I have been going to this office for years and have always had a wonderful experience.

I had to go to the dentist to have an extraction. I have a great fear of having any dental work done. I AM SO VERY PLEASED. I felt no pain at all. Dr. Neal Edwards and his staff are Amazing. Dr. Edwards told me exactly what he was going to do and did it. It was quick, easy and painless. I was in, out and on my home in less than 40 minutes.. I am so thankful for this...I'm so very happy to have made the decision to acquire his services. The office staff is helpful, kind and respectful. They too, make it clear how things will transpire. The assistant and staff explained everything from after care to the cost of future work and how it can be paid. I have a clear understanding of where we are heading for future dental services and NO PAIN!!!! read more

Dr. Edwards and his staff are AWESOME! I have had a fear of the dentist since childhood and I would never go if it wasn't for Dr. Edwards. They are the PLATINUM standard. Make your appointment TODAY! read more

I came in for a consultation. The staff was so friendly! They had some nice technology as well. I didn't wait long at all to be seen by Dr. Edwards. He was very kind as well. I didn't expect to have my teeth extracted that day but they offered and I jumped at the opportunity! The extraction was quick and painless. It amazed me how friendly, quick and efficient this whole visit was. An hour basically for everything. Pricing wasn't astronomical either so that was the icing on the cake! I will definitely be recommending this place to any who ask for a DDS! read more

Great service and Dr. Edwards always provides that personal touch with his memory of special dates and updates on family. Highly recommend him and his staff are always courteous and kind! read more

Dr Edwards is by far the best dentist I've been to. He doesn't lecture, answers questions so I understand what's going on and has really good hours. Just finished with an implant and I knew all along what was going on. Before doing the implant he tried saving the tooth it replaced instead of immediately telling me it had to be pulled. He's the kind of dentist I was looking for. read more

Dr. Edwards sees our entire family and we've never had an issue with this office. From the front office to all of the staff and Dr. Edwards himself, everyone is professional, friendly, helpful and makes going to the dentist very easy! Each room is set up with the latest in technology and appointments are thorough and quick. There's plenty of parking too! Our family highly recommends this office read more

Neal and his staff are the best! Can't speak highly enough of this office. Always a great experience.

I've been going here since I was a toddler when Dr. Freeman owned it. I was very hesitant to see Dr. Edward's since I've had the same dentist for 30 years but Dr. Freeman retired and I had to suck it up. I am so happy! He is so personable and gentle and on time! All the staff is amazing as well. Mary has been there since I've been alive and they are like family. It's hard to find a good dentist and I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

I have been looking for a dentist for awhile because i m new in town, Dr Edwards and his entire staff were awesome, so welcoming and warm, i did not feel like i was visiting for the first time, the hygienist was experienced and really good at what she does! The dentist was honest and did not try to sell me extra stuff, i was in and out in about an hour and a half for my first cleaning app this year! This is definitely going to be my dentist's office while i am still in so-cal!!! read more

So thankful to have found our family dentist! The office staff is great. The hygienists have been wonderful, friendly, thorough, & so great with our young kids. I love that local Christian radio has been softly playing in the background during my visits. Dr. Neal is fantastic - thorough, knowledgeable, & has never advised that we receive unnecessary dental work. He tends to lean toward saving natural teeth & treating as needed, where other dentists have been quick to advise pulling teeth or other major treatments. The office is kept very clean. Such a nice atmosphere. We love it here! read more

Dr. Edwards and his staff are great! Always very welcoming and accommodating. He took over the practice for a retired dentist and has really improved some of the processes to more current technology to save the customer a tremendous amount of time. My family of 5 all come to have our dental work completed by Dr. Edwards. It is a very relaxed environment and the staff is AMAZING with kids. Going to the dentist is not scary for the kids, matter of fact they look forward to it and their little prizes they get with a token when they do well. read more

Dr. Edwards and his staff are absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit, based upon a dentist referral, and I can honestly say from start to completion the entire experience was pleasant and very professional. Names I can remember, Mary, Dana and Dr. Edwards (but I stress everyone because I can't remember all I interacted with) were warm and personable. I'm thankful for the referral and highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist, you should contact Dr. Edwards's office! You won't be disappointed! read more

I hate going to the dentist, whether it's a normal cleaning or a more serious repair. I have to admit, though, the last few years seeing Dr. Edwards has been borderline... fun...? He's efficient, friendly, honest, and always on time (I seriously just had two, pain-free fillings in twenty minutes, both of which he didn't even use any sort of numbing for). I've had a crown and a few fillings over the years and his work has held up and there haven't been any issues. He and his staff (Mary and Jan are great!) are warm, helpful, and make a typically unpleasant experience tolerable. I highly recommend this practice. read more
