I got a full set and I loved everything about it except the fact that I got cut 3 TIMES on my right hand!! Never have I got cut that many times. Don't let the looks of this place fool you, this nail shop is full of many detail oriented technicians. I usually go to shops near my house in Chino Hills but I always come here now after work to beat traffic after work and get an amazing manicure! $20 here will get you a quality gel manicure+takeoff! The only downside of this place is that the gel colors don't always appear to be the same shade they are on the samples, so be sure to try it on one nail first to see if that's the accurate color you hoped for. Paid $40 for pink acrylic, In my opinion I don't believe this style and length is with $40 it's literally pink acrylic with clear polish , mind u it's not even gel polish (the ladies press you to add gel too ) there wasn't even any added designs or anything on my nails , like I said just clear polish on my nail . I think this set is worth at most $30 cause she didn't even cut my cuticles or clean up my nail before she did the nails :/ the process was so long I was over it . I will say the lady who did mine ( I think her name was Michelle could be wrong) but she did make my coffin style very clean , there was no uneven-ness but the issues the cuticles and all ( I also wanna say the nail lady was very friendly but the work executed was not the best ) - also when I first walked up to the lady I asked Her how much the pink acrylic would cost and she said she'd tell me after the length and sh didn't tell me till she laid the pink acrylic it's gonna be $40 and I was like how bout regular one and she got frustrated wiped the pink acrylic off and said regular same price . I came in for a gel manicure and never again! The lady I got was extremely rude! She refused to help me find a similar nail color to the nail design I had shown her. She straight up told me "NO! Pick it yourself" Obviously you know the colors better than I do. I didn't want the EXACT same nail design but something similar. She only "cleaned up" my nails and I paid my $5 and left!!! When it comes to my nails or pampering in general, it's not about the money for me. I'd rather pay a higher price to get a bunch of nice Vietnamese ladies smiling and pretending they aren't talking about me than pay an average price to get average service. Besides this set of Vietnamese ladies made it seem as though they talked about everyone that step foot in the joint me included. Talk about uncomfortable. Sure, the language is a bit harsh sounding, but I'm sure common sense and logic put together can tell when someone is commenting on you, your nails, your nail color choice..... I don't know, that personally just rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, I must say Andy is quite efficient and proficient. My nails looked good the first time so despite the awkward feeling I got I decided to go back for fills. Although Andy wasn't there, the lady that did my nails was good at making my hands look nice. Not the friendliest, but proficient and I suppose that is really what matters at this spot. I got a spa pedi with some sea salt scrub add on and fills with gel color for $55. Pricing is average for the SGV area. Work is done well, just gotta make sure you warm the ladies to go soft of delicate skin..... but service.... only sub part in my eyes. Came here for gel nails. Unfortunately, the next day after I left I realized my first coat of polish under all the other additional layers never completely dried. I knew this because when ever I pressed down on the nail the polish would sep out of the sides....I had polish all over my toes and sandals at work. My big toe was even hurting. I felt as if my nail was weak and fragile. When I went back to the nail shop to have them fix it. She apologized and re gel'd it, but now my toe nail seems to be dead. I took off the gel at home and now I see some sort of bruising under my nail as if I smashed my finger, but it is not bruising it is blood ‍ so I just drained that and I personally feel like the wet polish was like a water cup left on a wood dresser. After a while it will start to lift the wood and bubble. Now my nail is DEAD and about to fall off! I just want to call this place out because this is unfair to me. I have been coming for a while now every time I am in town. Usually very busy and long waits, today the owner gave me the worst experience. I dont normally like them filing the top unless I have prior polish and it has been fine. It lasts long enough for my next appointment. Today he argued to me the right way. Very disappointed since its not the first time the girls have been nice enough to honor my requests. I do not pay to have someone give me a hard time with what I don't like done to my nails. This place gave me great service with very detailed and precise work. The nail tech took her time and made sure I was happy with color and overall process. It was my time here and I'll be back with her. It's 25$ for gel pedicure and she took her time and did three coats to ensure the color was very opaque. read more

I went in yesterday to get my fills and a pedi. I love this place. I've been coming her for 6mts or so. Andy and may are super nice. Well yesterday While i was doing my pedi, a lady started working on my nails. She was being too rough with her handpiece to the point where she let go and it would scrape my hand. After I was done with my pedi, she asked me to move to her station. While finishing up my full set, she kept cutting my fingers and kept telling me not to say anything? So I finally decided to write a review on this place just in case management actually cares about retaining customers. Since this place has opened I have been going, even recommended and taken friends and family, although I don't get enough spare time to pamper myself I remained a loyal customer only going here....in the beginning their pedicures were always A+....full sets were solid 8/10 and their service was friendly. As time has passed they have become like every other nail shop, long waiting time, declining good customer service and poor work. It's a shame because those are the things I thought made this place different. My last straw was recently when I went for gel mani/pedi. I took my friend as well. I waited 20 mins more than her (she got full set, gel on acrylics and toes with regular pedi spa) We were short on time so I decided for this time get the regular spa pedicure (first option) on their pedi menu. This seemed to be a problem for the nail tech. We continued, she offered gel on the toes, I declined. Once again it seemed to cause a problem for her. I explained I only wanted gel on my hands. Proceeding the pedi, I told her to not cut the nail along my toe because I had just taken it out at home on my big toe....she ignored my request and cut diagonally along the side of my toe nail and began pulling it down! I jumped/flinched in pain trying to be "brave" and I told her she didn't need to do that and she finished the job. My toe was throbbing. I didn't have an ingrown nail fyi...i know how to take them out and had done so already, I'm assuming she was trying to further shape my nail but damn....they should listen to customers requests. Massage: one of the reasons I loved this place, became the reason I felt frustrated. The nail tech literally got lotion and slid her hand up and down one time...and that was the "massage" Polish: she did a good job applying and cleaning edges and minor mistakes. Mani:the reason i gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Very good mani, cleaning up cuticle and applying gel polish. Once again skipping the hand massage though. Once again I'm on the search for a new nail place....my throbbing toe which doesn't let me comfortably sleep at night, will greatly appreciate me not going back. And fyi....I still left a fat tip as my parting gift, they probably think they did an excellent job but I'm ever going back again. read more

I got a pedicure, cost me $20.99 and my manicure was $8. My daughter got her nails painted and the lady was kind enough to add a flower. They were very kind. And the service was fast. My sister recommended this place to get a full set done because they do a good job. But that's because she had a guy do her full sets. I had one of the ladies do my set and she got acrylic powder on every finger of mine. When she was applying the powder on, she did vertical stroked from the end of my nail to the top layer on my skin(above the nail) on every finger. I was so confused because o was wondering how she would clean it off once it harden. But she never cleaned it off (It was also around and under my nail). When she applied the polish she did not apply it on the edges, which is one of my biggest my pet peeve. Next time I come here I'm going to make sure the guy with glasses do my sets. Definitely had a bad experience here. 1st i had to ask the lady who did my pedicure to clean her tools because they look dirty. They use the same tool's on everyone. 2nd i keept asking the lady to get my ingrown toe nails out. She didnt know how and hurt me really bad. I keept asking her and she seemed not to understand me.
