So... I am on unwanted various mailing lists for catalogs of women's clothing, gifts, novelty items, accessories, and including food gift basket items. I have never heard of Natural Life until receiving the printed catalog in the mail. At first glance Natural Life appears to be a replica of Vera Bradley who is known for cotton fabrics and distinctive diamond stitching bags, carry-on bags, tote bags, wristlet wallets, and ID card cases. I have several items of Vera Bradley. I do not have any desire or immediate need for further such frivolous unwanted objects in my home. Natural Life's product items are very colorful of cotton fabrics and patch stitch blankets, cotton fabric overnight travel bags, and water color paint bags. Many of their products appears to have flowers which reminisce the dated late 1960s era of "flower power" counterculture. Price is average as expected in 2024 era inflation. I certainly do not have a high demand for objects from Natural Life either. Competition already crowded the market to lure and win customers' purchasing attention as there is also Etsy.com for "made to order" items. Four stars because the Natural Life's mailing label is very callous and stolid written for alleged uniqueness unsubstantiated claim: "TINA C. OR ANOTHER LUCKY SOMEONE." The correct civility words are the standard "OR RESIDENT." I believe Natural Life requires better marketing and writing personnel. This is utter comical relief writing. This is absolutely the worst company. I would advise against ordering through them. I found a sweatshirt I liked, ordered it, and waited and waited and waited. Three weeks later, I reached out, and there was a delivery issue. I had to reach out to the company regarding my order, and they stated that it wouldn't be delivered and that I would get a refund. I asked if they could just ship a new one, and they said they couldn't. When I received my refund, it was just a partial refund. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me many different excuses as to why I wasn't receiving the full credit. When I went a step above, the agent became very "tit-for-tat" with me. Very unprofessional. I would strongly advise against ordering, as they are not customer service-oriented. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!! read more

I never wanted to have to make a product review like this one. But, I felt anyone considering ordering form www.@Naturallife.com should have all the details of my experience and make an educated and informed decision. I LOVED the products! I had so many items in my cart I had to reduce my order from all the items I loved. My first order came to $70.00. I kept the remaining items in my cart for my second order. Sadly, I never made the second order after the disaster of the first. In the current environment I knew the item may take a few weeks to get here. I'm 100% good with that. I was tracking my shipment online. From Hong Cong, China on 5/30/25, to USA Customs (cleared) on 6/4/25 to the distribution center in Philadelphia, PA. 6/9/25 to Midland, TX. USPS 6/14 then on to the next US regional facility in Monroe, LA. Arriving on 6/18/25. The package never arrived or departed in my home state of Indiana. The next listing is 6/20 "out for delivery" and 6/21 "Delivered, left by mailbox" Unfortunately I do NOT live in Louisiana. As soon as I saw the error I emailed the company. Which was a difficult process. The email link is not clickable. More on this later. I emailed the company, they came back with.. we show your shipment as delivered to "my home address" and left by the mailbox. It may have been delivered to someone, not me and not in Indiana. See screen shots with the timelines from the tracking. I responded back that the shipment had not ever checked in at the USPS facility in Indiana and therefore could not have been delivered to me. I ask for a track of the package from USPS to confirm their statement of the delivery. I have not heard back from anyone with Natural Life. Which really saddens me. I wanted my products; I wanted them to be delivered to me. See screen shots of emails sent, responses and products. I have all the information showing this never made it's way to INDIANA USPS or ME. Notes: Things I should have noticed to make me skeptical, the email address kttmed@hotmail.com is not a clickable link on the page. You have to copy and paste. Not a huge red flag. The email address is @hotmail.com not a company server, @naturallife.com. There is not a company phone number, or a customer service number listed anywhere to call if there are issues. As I am looking now, the email address listed on the contact us tab is different than the one that was on my order. Still a @hotmail.com (sjdtrraeb@hotmail.com ) I will resend to this email address. I do not expect any different result. I see lots of others LOVED the product they ordered, which means they received the order. I would love the opportunity to LOVE the items I ordered too. read more

I placed my first order with Natural Life of two skirts for an upcoming trip. Accidentally, they shipped me one skirt and one jumpsuit in the same pattern as the second skirt I ordered. I reached out to their customer service and they responded within 2 business days. Not only did they fix the problem, but they even provided priority shipping on the replacement so I would still get it in time for my trip - which was above and beyond. Amazing customer service! If you live a "Hippie" or "Boho" lifestyle you will love this place. They have the cutest items for home and office, and lots of cute clothes. I'm partial to some of the clothes because of the loud prints and excessive words, but I know lots of people will love it. I notice they also have Free People dupes if you're into dupes. I'm not into dupes but for those of you who are wise enough to save a few $$$ Natural Life has some clothes worth checking out. I recently bought a blouse/shirt dress from here in two colors that has adorable star patches on the sleeves. Perfect for casual days and insanely soft enough to sleep in (I'm so tempted to sleep in it). I love the cozy lounge wear they sell and all the cute little items that are perfect for gift giving. I have a bunch of items on my NL wishlist but I won't say what because I don't want them to sell out. But I will post pics. Definitely check out the online store. read more

I ordered from the website a few times and I was pleased with my sheets and basic pillow cases until I ordered a quilt like pillow set in a size king because the standard was sold out and they sent me a set of pillows that looked nothing like the pillow set in the advertisement on the site. I ordered the king size because I liked the one in the ad on the site so much. And when I opened my package I thought "okay, I'm crazy because this looks.." And I compared it to the photo emphatically thinking "each pillow set is made differently because it's a quilt with square..." wrong quilt and the site wants to hide the bad review read more

Recently purchased from NL online, I don't live near FL. Noticed they allow you to post a review but also notice they won't post all reviews, I was letting folks know my real experience for a particular top and gave it **. It wasn't posted only 5 stars, very interesting. Will not be purchasing from them again and dropping off text alerts. The fit of blouses are not for petite women, thinking it you are tall and slender they may fit, depending upon how the front of top is cut/designed. Material is thin and some patterns are pretty but felt they run small. I'm generally a size small or petite medium. Clarifying run small for shoulder and bicep area. Waist are could be considered tighter on some and suggest if you do try order up in size. Return shipping will cost you as they deduct it from your credit. If you try to self ship they discourage it by taking longer to process a credit and I was nervous about actually getting a refund and not a store credit. It was my first order so wasn't sure how they operated. Value of clothing cost wise was a bit expensive for what the tops were. read more

My sheets arrived today. They smelled like chemicals or gasoline. I washed them twice with Oxy Clean and the odor is gone. Sheets are very thin!! I will be surprised if they last more than six months. The top sheet is soft and the fitted sheet is pretty scratchy. $90 and won't order again. I do love the colors and customer service was great. read more

This is the most perfect store!!! It is decorated so cute and has the best home items and clothes. All are perfect for gifts! My favorite item would have to be the animal mugs. The are hand painted and shaped just like your favorite pet! In addition, this store is always very clean and the employees are very friendly! Great part of the town center! read more

I waited 2 wks for my order going to Canada just to be HANDED OVER to their shipper (Asendia: who also gets horrible reviews I now found out as well)...as the only tracking number I got still kept saying 'info rec'd, waiting for shipment'....never any movement/progress of getting my order to Canada, and after more than 2 wks since placing order, Asendia STILL hasn't even received my order (according to Asendia's email to me telling me this), but the constant back and forth emails with Natural Life customer service just keeps telling me they shipped it (they take zero responsibility if there is some issue with their shipping dept? or shipping company?)....just keep telling the customer to 'give it time' ....so I had to resort to filing a complaint thru Paypal (and also posted complaint on BBB), because their customer service (LIES) is getting me nowhere. I still have to wait for my Paypal claim to end, to find out if I'll get my $85.95 back. This order was a bereavement gift to my older sister who had to deal with the recent death of both my mother and my younger sister, and with my living in Calif. I couldn't be there to help. Up to now I didn't have any issues getting my orders if being shipped from Natural Life either to me or to other friends in the USA i sent gifts to, and so wanted to send something 'happy' to my sister in Canada. Well Natural Life royally not only screwed this up, but now i have to deal with fighting to get my money back (as they are still lying =claiming they sent order out). If my paypal claim resolution ends up siding with them, I will then have to deal with filing a new claim directly thru my credit card co. This HOURS/DAYS of WASTED TIME and AGGRAVATION (while I myself am trying to deal with the loss of my mom and younger sister) is totally UNACCEPTABLE and HARDLY the outcome I expected from a company that touts selling 'happy products' to make your life more positive.....instead all they did was create a hell of an email/claims nightmare for me! I am so done with this company now! read more

From Hyppo Popsicles to clothes, sundries and inspirational Art. I could spend a day her browsing and buying cool stuff. Okay, maybe not me, but my wife and my daughters love this location. In talking to one of the owners, this is their only retail location. But by looking at the products, from shirts, scarves and inspirational wall quotes, this is a company with a purpose. They are looking to make a positive statement with their merchandise and they are reaching out to partner to resolve needs in the community. One of their products is a Boho Bandeau, a scarf that is designed for women going through cancer treatments. That is just one sample of the positivity that springs from this location. However, I will admit this, there is much more for women than there is for men. But out front, there is this huge breezeway with all sorts of chairs, couches and seats. This is a wonderful way to sit, people watch or read a book while your daughters are inside shopping. :) read more

I was happy with some of my purchases but on a whim I decided to buy a couple of surprise balls for my granddaughter. For a company who seems to want quality merchandis, that was a joke. They spent more money on paper wrapping than the items they had in the surprise ball. Imagine gum ball items that kids like to slug the machines for. Thats basically what they had, pure junk. I kind of felt like I do when the kids win all the tickets at the arcade and walk away with a piece of candy or a cheap little plastic toy. read more

The lets get happy store!! This cute shop makes you happy the minute you step in. It carries an eclectic selection of clothes, household items, jewelry, and accessories. Almost everything is personalized with happy quotes and sayings. To my pleasant surprise, they also carry Hyppo pops...yay!! The store personnel, as expected, is very upbeat and helpful. This is such a FUN place with lots of great finds for everyone. I spent an hour just looking & reading everything in this store. You can also check them out online naturallife.com & order lots of fun stuff. Great location! Well organized, not to clustery or hodgepodge & easy to maneuver through. Relaxing seating just outside the store incase everyone's not as excited as you to do a little shopping. Good store energy....I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile & hello by Vanessa who also let me know there were some great bargains in the bargain room located in the back of the store & was even able to get my items shipped since I was way over packed. This company has no way to correct for a mistake. I immediately realized I had 2 rather than 1 mug ordered. Tried chat, phone, and email. No response to any. Several days later they said the package had been shipped before they could respond. Stay away from this company if you ever make a mistake. It actually happened when I went from a phone to a desktop so that I could see better. I didn't realize the phone "account" would carry over. read more

My son recently purchased a Natural Life "car set" for me for Christmas from a local store. The set contained a steering wheel cover, air fresheners, cup holder inserts, a key chain and a car magnet which said "Kindness Matters." Unfortunately, after the magnet was on the back of my car for a few days, the letters washed away and I was left with a gray circle stuck to the back of my car. I have contacted Natural Life on several occasions to see if they would stand behind their product and make the situation right. I also sent a picture of the gray magnet and offered to send it back. I have gotten one response in which the told me to bring it back to the store where my son purchased it. Unfortunately, he did not keep the receipt. It seems to me that since it is a Natural Life product and their name was clearly displayed on the box (it was the first time I had ever heard of them) that they would want to know about a defective product. Aren't car magnets supposed to be placed on the outside of cars? Their products area very cool and I do love them. Just beware that they do not stand behind their products, which is why I will never purchase from them again. read more

Quality is good. Everything feels high fashion and can definitely compete with RH on style. Amazing filler and small decor items! Designers in the store are knowledgeable and helpful, and many have been there for years, which is amazing!! For design professionals like myself, it's not easy and smooth for trade sales. It's actually quite complicated in the store to get purchases accomplished with your trade account. There are a lot of steps involved that required multiple trips. My gut is telling me the trade concierge service over the phone and email may be more efficient. They don't always advertise all their promos in their store and online, like their buy more/save more. You have to ask specifically about which promos are active. It would be nice to know up front what promos are running and the dates they end. They don't sell or provide free wood samples for furniture and some textiles. That makes it super hard to show clients and let them select colors in their homes, create mood boards or take things to the project or to another store to coordinate colors and textures and make sure you love the way they all pull together. Arhaus will let you check out their own boards, but for only 24 hrs, and they'll charge you $100 a piece. Problem is it is really hard to accomplish everything you need to in one business day and all by 6 pm Store hours aren't convenient, especially for people who work during normal business hours. Arhaus closes at 6 pm sharp. All other furniture stores in the same shopping center are open until 9. Financing through their store card is not easy and smooth. (Based on a 2024 experience) They use Comenity/Bread. I had a card previously I wanted to use again, but found out it was closed. If you don't use it within 1 year, they automatically close it, and sometimes with no warning. I went back 2 years later to only be told they don't re-open cards. You must re-apply. No matter what your income, they only give you low limits, often between $8000-14000. Even if your orders are $20,000+. Why get the card if I still have to split payments on my own credit cards too? I know two real life examples where a customer made over $2 million and another made $900k+ annually, and they only got $8,000-11,000 limits. Their store card gives big rewards if you plan to pay it off in full within 6 months, or you can choose a 0% for 24 months deferred interest option with no rewards. All in all, if you want to apply, have your order ready and apply in the store with the order attached. That's your best chance of getting approved for the full amount, but still no guarantees if your order is over $14,000. If you have your account closed, they won't let you apply in the store sadly. You have to call and re-apply on the phone since they already have an account for you on file, even though it's closed. All in all, after I ran my credit, I wished I hadn't wasted my time and energy for a measly 24 month promo and only half the purchase being covered and no rewards or points. Instead, I wish I had applied for a real credit card of my choice with real cash back on purchases or introductory points offer and a 12-24 month balance transfer promo offer. At least then, it wouldn't be deferred interest if I forgot to pay it off by the strict deadline, and my new card could be used anywhere I shop and not be closed so quickly without Arhaus purchases. In my opinion, not all store cards are worth the hassle. This is one that is not worth it. I have cards w/ RH, Pottery Barn, Rooms to Go, Mattress Firm, Ashley's and more. I'm a designer and use many store cards often. Most are fine as long as you pay attention to whether it's an equal installment plan where it pays itself off or a deferred interest plan where the minimum is super low, and it's up to you to get it paid off on time. Today's five star rating goes to three outstanding professionals! Randy, Todd, and Erica…read more I found out through a home renovation project that my shower had to unexpectedly be redone. Having very limited time I had to go and select what was necessary so the project could continue and not held up any longer. Stressed well, that's an understatement however I first had the privilege of working with Randy who invoked Todd's opinion and ended with Erica @ check out. They truly made this stressful situation a Joy and I even left with a smile on my face because of them. Randy was extremely patient, I asked him if he was busy and if he could help. He spent the next 20 minutes walking up and down the aisles repetitively (at least four times) before I could finally decide on the tile. As we were looking for the shower flooring to match the fantastic tile- the only thing I knew - I wanted pebbles. This is where Todd came to help, the two of them tag team and got various samples. (I got one which got voted out very quickly for the right reason). Todd had an eye for this as does Randy and that truly made a difference because from what I said earlier, being extremely stressful now suddenly became exciting because of the tile and pebble flooring that Randy and Todd helped select. Upon leaving, I had the privilege of working with Erica who is so kind and patient as I asked many questions about how the contractor will come get everything the following morning. She maintained a smile and when I told her how great Randy and Todd were she handed me a card so I could do a yelp review. Little does she know I've been an elite yelper for Eight years Overall, I'm very happy with what I got, the prices were very reasonable and I got a good value for my money. I was actually surprised at how inexpensive the pebble flooring and tile were as I really thought it was gonna cost a lot more. I had a professional cleaning company come in, no success in removing the haze. At this point I am treating the floors with Quick Shine products to clean & provide some consistency in finish. I would never buy this product, $5K later and it looks old worn out floor.
