My salesman's incompetence led her to manipulate charges and move funds from one purchase to another without my permission, resulting in my order being short after waiting approximately 30 days for it to arrive. I do highly recommend Arhaus and their designers, especially Kelly and Tamara. But my rating is still only 3 stars for a variety of reasons. Their in store and online variety is great. Quality is good. Everything feels high fashion and can definitely compete with RH on style. Amazing filler and small decor items! Designers in the store are knowledgeable and helpful, and many have been there for years, which is amazing!! For design professionals like myself, it's not easy and smooth for trade sales. It's actually quite complicated in the store to get purchases accomplished with your trade account. There are a lot of steps involved that required multiple trips. My gut is telling me the trade concierge service over the phone and email may be more efficient. They don't always advertise all their promos in their store and online, like their buy more/save more. You have to ask specifically about which promos are active. It would be nice to know up front what promos are running and the dates they end. They don't sell or provide free wood samples for furniture and some textiles. That makes it super hard to show clients and let them select colors in their homes, create mood boards or take things to the project or to another store to coordinate colors and textures and make sure you love the way they all pull together. Arhaus will let you check out their own boards, but for only 24 hrs, and they'll charge you $100 a piece. Problem is it is really hard to accomplish everything you need to in one business day and all by 6 pm Store hours aren't convenient, especially for people who work during normal business hours. Arhaus closes at 6 pm sharp. All other furniture stores in the same shopping center are open until 9. Financing through their store card is not easy and smooth. (Based on a 2024 experience) They use Comenity/Bread. I had a card previously I wanted to use again, but found out it was closed. If you don't use it within 1 year, they automatically close it, and sometimes with no warning. I went back 2 years later to only be told they don't re-open cards. You must re-apply. No matter what your income, they only give you low limits, often between $8000-14000. Even if your orders are $20,000+. Why get the card if I still have to split payments on my own credit cards too? I know two real life examples where a customer made over $2 million and another made $900k+ annually, and they only got $8,000-11,000 limits. Their store card gives big rewards if you plan to pay it off in full within 6 months, or you can choose a 0% for 24 months deferred interest option with no rewards. All in all, if you want to apply, have your order ready and apply in the store with the order attached. That's your best chance of getting approved for the full amount, but still no guarantees if your order is over $14,000. If you have your account closed, they won't let you apply in the store sadly. You have to call and re-apply on the phone since they already have an account for you on file, even though it's closed. All in all, after I ran my credit, I wished I hadn't wasted my time and energy for a measly 24 month promo and only half the purchase being covered and no rewards or points. Instead, I wish I had applied for a real credit card of my choice with real cash back on purchases or introductory points offer and a 12-24 month balance transfer promo offer. At least then, it wouldn't be deferred interest if I forgot to pay it off by the strict deadline, and my new card could be used anywhere I shop and not be closed so quickly without Arhaus purchases. In my opinion, not all store cards are worth the hassle. This is one that is not worth it. I have cards w/ RH, Pottery Barn, Rooms to Go, Mattress Firm, Ashley's and more. I'm a designer and use many store cards often. Most are fine as long as you pay attention to whether it's an equal installment plan where it pays itself off or a deferred interest plan where the minimum is super low, and it's up to you to get it paid off on time. HIGHLY DON'T recommend Arhaus. We spent over 40k here and had coburn sectionAl for a total of a month and had dye transfer from jeans you cannot clean it yourself no matter the stain even if it is tiny or avoids warranty in general they don't tell you that but it's in small writing. One spot of dirt even and it stains won't come out!!! We even tried the patch home to try it out before buying but what they don't tell u any amount of water leaves a water ring on your couch or liquid u clean with and that voids the warranty also. We got a part of it replaced when we didn't touch it after waiting a month and when the other pieces were side by side the quality was so poor! cushions don't hold up. Also our $13k high quality rug sheds never vacuumed and looks so cheap low tier. Couch's also can't be spot cleaned, dry cleaned or steamed clean. SO WHATS THE POINT! Low quality overall hate to say but were just better of at Ashley's. All it is, is stress!!! Please don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Purchased chairs from here months ago. When they were finally "ready for delivery", i had to pay the balance on the order, then a week and a half later I finally got a text from the delivery team telling me the chairs had been delivered from Ohio, with a link to schedule the delivery. Except, there were NO dates or times. I called the next day to talk to the delivery team, and after 20 minutes on hold with various people, I was told "there are NO DATES available for delivery, we will call you once we have a day and time available." It's now been a week, and nothing else from the delivery team. In the mean time, I have spent a month's salary on chairs that were ordered before Christmas, and I have yet to see a single one (it is now Mid March). I will be cancelling my order and do not see myself being able to recommend this establishment in the future. (I won't get into the table they sold me that was a completely different color and finish when it was delivered and the "oh, you must have been looking at last year's model, we don't carry that one anymore"..... apparently that doesn't stop them from selling it and collecting your money. Delivered when I wasn't home and guess what... once it's delivered, you have to payout of pocket to ship it back plus restocking to return it. Great experience at the Jacksonville location! The couch I ordered went on sale online before it was delivered and the store manager adjusted the price for me which was an awesome customer service gesture. The couch was delivered perfectly (the delivery team was great!) and I love the couch even more than I did in the store. It's extremely high quality and SO COMFORTABLE! This store is sooo beautiful! The furniture reminds me of pottery barn meets crate and barrel if that makes sense to anyone. The gals working are so freaking nice and made me and the family feel welcomed. They also had hot coco at the front you can help yourselves to which was so great on a cold night like tonight. I would 100% return to this store to purchase furniture and hopefully enjoy more hot coco! Tip: the gals said the outlet stores give you a lot more bag for your buck. Been waiting since October 2021 to have my Emory slipcover couch to be repaired. Sent wrong part twice and the repair company they use has cancelled 3 times, either day of or day before scheduled repairs. Takes about a month each time before they have any available technicians and requires 4 hour windows each time. Calling the customer care line is not helpful and when I went into the Jacksonville store, the manager said they had no way of calling the customer care team, they only have access to email. Now tell me, what kind of organization has no phone number for their store managers to call into when they need assistance? This is ridiculous. While I understand labor shortages, this has taken 9 months and still have a council that I can't sit in the middle section of. Not acceptable! No wonder there are so many negative reviews around delivery issues and availability. read more

Just opened and What a grand store. You have to experience this variety of home decor for yourself.

We have purchased bedroom furniture and a stone dining table. The bedroom furniture has to be delivered 3 times before acceptable pieces were brought. This is not what we expect from furniture that is as expensive as this was. In addition, we paid thoughts of dollars for a "stone" dining table. ANY little water mark shoes and cannot be removed, so although we use coasters and placemats, we now have a table that looks cheap. I didn't purchase a table to cover it with impenetrable material to keep it safe from any type of markings. Overall, though the furniture looks nice, it is not worth the prices. The associates that served us were nice, but clearly don't know enough about their inventory to fully help customers. I would be very cautious if you choose to purchase from Arhaus. read more

Customer service is terrible. After ordering 9 months ago, our shipment was delivered incomplete and damaged. It took 3 attempts to deliver a bed that was not damaged. Our nightstand was damaged and discontinued. Can't get a callback or any information on why my credit card has not been refunded for the nightstand that was never delivered. Salesperson stopped returning calls. Read other reviews carefully before making a purchase from this company. We are hopeful that this will be resolved but have little faith at this point. read more

I recommend this store to NO One, Their staff will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale, I purchased a credenza dated 5/10/2017, paying over 6K, it was a "custom piece" in which the ladies "helping/assisting" me told me that it was going to be engraved with the Italian artists' signature & that I could also have 3 words engraved with the signature, it took months to get here 9/13, the delivery truck came on my pavers, very unprofessional on their part due to a some type of fluid leak that they left behind, They used no shoe covers to walk in my home, stepped on my sheepskin rugs, while putting in a chair that also was being delivered, Just Unprofessional, When they got to the Credenza I stopped them before they could come into my home due to some writing on the back, with what looked like black permanent sharpie marker writing, I said what is that, they I don't know, I then said that's not right, I'm not taking that, he said he had to call, I said me too, Had me on hold for 30 minutes with no luck, also the driver on hold for about 20, He spoke to someone and that person said that if the customer does not want it she can reject it but she will not received a full refund due to it being a "custom piece " she would only be entitled to half of the purchase price, I then said I will be taking that up with the store, I will not take it now, I then found the ladies cell phone numbers that "helped me", I called them both with no answer, I left messages and text both of the with pictures, they said they would call back, I talk to the 1-800 concierge service who called to see how the delivery went, I let them know what the issue was, That when I purchased it the ladies helping me told me engraved, they said they would order me another one, I never received a call from the ladies of the actual store, Until today saying they are sorry that it is not meeting my standards, but if you look at the documentation no where does it say engraved, I then said no You, Melody and Jackie both said at time of purchase engraved, Melody said I can't speak for Jackie she is not here,with a very insincere apology, I had to rudely hang up with her, All in all they are super unprofessional, staff and delivery service, Unreliable for assistance, Do not recommend this store to ANYONE, Please Be Very Aware of this store and staff !!! read more

The furniture might be nice-looking but the "white glove delivery service" for $150 blows. I was told I would have delivery between 4-6:30. Although the driver called and was pleasant, it's ridiculous to pay that much when the time frame is not accurate - not even close. Bought a sofa on 10/16 at the new St. Johns center store and was guaranteed it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. When I called was told it was being shipped then and would be in Jacksonville by 12/5. Called on 12/5 and was told it was being shipped on 12/12. Called again and again and the shipping was put off and finally was told I would not have it for Christmas. So now my visiting family gets to sit in dining room chairs. Finally on 12/22 I have been told it was being shipped on 1/7 and I'll be lucky to have it by mid January. In fine print on the back of the contract it say"can take up to 12 weeks" and I was reminded of that despite the sales person promise. I was LIED to 5X's by different people as to when I would get my sofa. I'm going to the store and ask for a full credit because they are liars and completely unprofessional. No one cared about my situation when I spoke to them, basically I was out of luck and they'll get it to me when they feel like it. I should not have paid upfront on good faith. We purchased a dining room table early November and was told that our table would be ordered and delivered prior to Thanksgiving. It was December 19th before actually getting our very expensive dining room table delivered, only to find out that a piece was missing. The delivery men called the warehouse and were told that they had to take the table back since each order is made individually and the cross piece may not match, which was fine. We were told that the store manager would call on Saturday. My husband ended up calling the store and could not get the manager but rather the same sales person who sold us the table originally. Her was not helpful, sounded as though it was no big deal and barely offered to give us free shipping on the order which was approx $125.00! I did not think that was the best offer to apologize for an orders that was 6 weeks overdue. Sorry ARHaus but your so-called quality furniture and your less than quality customer service just cost you over $2000.00, a poor review and hopeful that people will read Yelp and take heed to not shop at your haus! read more

Had furniture delivered 3 times to get it right. On two of these deliveries they did not have instructions how to put together the library and the ladder was installed so low it was more of a plank and there was obvious damage on the majority of pieces. The final delivery they came with instructions, but the delivery team was not able to convert measurements in that were listed in metrics. They did not even have a tape measure. Fortunately, I have tools and made the conversion so it would be installed properly. To top it off, the delivery team left a whole in my wall. Here we are a year later and Arhaus is completely unresponsivle. They have yet to fix the damage. I have called more than two dozen times, remain on lengthy holds each time and am told they will get back with me for a resolution. Wow! Concierge takes care of "delivery" and lies but does not even care. When we ordered the furniture, we paid 50% down and told we would pay the balance when delivery was scheduled(the contract says "prior to the scheduling of the delivery"). We got an email to call about scheduling delivery. But the Arhaus concierge only wanted the remaining balance and would not schedule delivery or even tell us what week the furniture would be delivered. When I told the manager that the Arhaus email said to call to schedule delivery, she said that the email said to call before they released the furniture from the warehouse. She did not know what her email or contract said or even cared what it said. read more

This is the single worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. We ordered a $4K bed in October with the promise that it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. Here we are Christmas eve, finally delivered and it is defective. The very random shipping company they use who showed up in a U-Haul truck were not able to put it together. Customer service has been horrible from the get go and now they tell me that they won't credit me until their defective bed makes it back to their warehouse in Ohio. What a horrible company. read more
