They had three full rows of items, but I will say, it was only a few days after Halloween, and they still had a bunch of fall/Halloween items they were marking down, so they didn't have ALL their Christmas decor out. Quality is good. Everything feels high fashion and can definitely compete with RH on style. Amazing filler and small decor items! Designers in the store are knowledgeable and helpful, and many have been there for years, which is amazing!! For design professionals like myself, it's not easy and smooth for trade sales. It's actually quite complicated in the store to get purchases accomplished with your trade account. There are a lot of steps involved that required multiple trips. My gut is telling me the trade concierge service over the phone and email may be more efficient. They don't always advertise all their promos in their store and online, like their buy more/save more. You have to ask specifically about which promos are active. It would be nice to know up front what promos are running and the dates they end. They don't sell or provide free wood samples for furniture and some textiles. That makes it super hard to show clients and let them select colors in their homes, create mood boards or take things to the project or to another store to coordinate colors and textures and make sure you love the way they all pull together. Arhaus will let you check out their own boards, but for only 24 hrs, and they'll charge you $100 a piece. Problem is it is really hard to accomplish everything you need to in one business day and all by 6 pm Store hours aren't convenient, especially for people who work during normal business hours. Arhaus closes at 6 pm sharp. All other furniture stores in the same shopping center are open until 9. Financing through their store card is not easy and smooth. (Based on a 2024 experience) They use Comenity/Bread. I had a card previously I wanted to use again, but found out it was closed. If you don't use it within 1 year, they automatically close it, and sometimes with no warning. I went back 2 years later to only be told they don't re-open cards. You must re-apply. No matter what your income, they only give you low limits, often between $8000-14000. Even if your orders are $20,000+. Why get the card if I still have to split payments on my own credit cards too? I know two real life examples where a customer made over $2 million and another made $900k+ annually, and they only got $8,000-11,000 limits. Their store card gives big rewards if you plan to pay it off in full within 6 months, or you can choose a 0% for 24 months deferred interest option with no rewards. All in all, if you want to apply, have your order ready and apply in the store with the order attached. That's your best chance of getting approved for the full amount, but still no guarantees if your order is over $14,000. If you have your account closed, they won't let you apply in the store sadly. You have to call and re-apply on the phone since they already have an account for you on file, even though it's closed. All in all, after I ran my credit, I wished I hadn't wasted my time and energy for a measly 24 month promo and only half the purchase being covered and no rewards or points. Instead, I wish I had applied for a real credit card of my choice with real cash back on purchases or introductory points offer and a 12-24 month balance transfer promo offer. At least then, it wouldn't be deferred interest if I forgot to pay it off by the strict deadline, and my new card could be used anywhere I shop and not be closed so quickly without Arhaus purchases. In my opinion, not all store cards are worth the hassle. This is one that is not worth it. I have cards w/ RH, Pottery Barn, Rooms to Go, Mattress Firm, Ashley's and more. I'm a designer and use many store cards often. Most are fine as long as you pay attention to whether it's an equal installment plan where it pays itself off or a deferred interest plan where the minimum is super low, and it's up to you to get it paid off on time. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but they had a rug dimension layout on the floor, which made it so much easier to visualize what would work best in my space. I ended up finding the perfect rug. I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price. Having very limited time I had to go and select what was necessary so the project could continue and not held up any longer. Stressed well, that's an understatement however I first had the privilege of working with Randy who invoked Todd's opinion and ended with Erica @ check out. They truly made this stressful situation a Joy and I even left with a smile on my face because of them. Randy was extremely patient, I asked him if he was busy and if he could help. He spent the next 20 minutes walking up and down the aisles repetitively (at least four times) before I could finally decide on the tile. As we were looking for the shower flooring to match the fantastic tile- the only thing I knew - I wanted pebbles. This is where Todd came to help, the two of them tag team and got various samples. (I got one which got voted out very quickly for the right reason). Todd had an eye for this as does Randy and that truly made a difference because from what I said earlier, being extremely stressful now suddenly became exciting because of the tile and pebble flooring that Randy and Todd helped select. Upon leaving, I had the privilege of working with Erica who is so kind and patient as I asked many questions about how the contractor will come get everything the following morning. She maintained a smile and when I told her how great Randy and Todd were she handed me a card so I could do a yelp review. Little does she know I've been an elite yelper for Eight years Overall, I'm very happy with what I got, the prices were very reasonable and I got a good value for my money. I was actually surprised at how inexpensive the pebble flooring and tile were as I really thought it was gonna cost a lot more.
