I always enjoy visiting At Home. They have such a wide variety of products at really good prices, and it's one of my go-to spots when I'm decorating or refreshing a space. On my most recent visit, I was on the hunt for an entryway rug. I was impressed to see there were four aisles dedicated just to rugs, so there were plenty of options to choose from. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but they had a rug dimension layout on the floor, which made it so much easier to visualize what would work best in my space. I ended up finding the perfect rug. I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price. I've always loved the At Home store, mainly because during the holidays they have an amazing variety of Christmas and holiday items. I decided to make a trip to Orange Park to look at some home decor items, get some decorating ideas, and just walk around. I arrived and there was a sign that indicated you must wear a mask. They also had some items to sanitize your cart. I took advantage of that and sanitized the cart before placing my little inside it. I walked through the store. There were massive amounts of aisles of home items. From outdoor cushions to fake plants to barstools, there was so much stuff! This place was big enough to social distance, which was nice. We walked around for an hour. I didn't have anything in particular I was looking for during this trip. While I looked at items, I did notice that their prices seemed a tad high, in comparison to other home decor stores. I was disappointed to see they didn't have any holiday items out (i.e. Christmas, but that's to be expected since Christmas was over). If you're looking for the convenience of shopping for almost every room in your home, then this is the store for you. Absolutely no customer service.. My husband and I visited the store in Orange Park on June 4th with the full intentions of buying an eight by ten area rug. We spent a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes in that store, trying to get customer service to help us. We both are in our mid seventies. I went to the front cashiers, and ask for help in rugs, and they didn't have any one to go back there as other people were on the registers. My husband and I continued to look through the rugs that were hanging up on display and then trying to find the rugs according to their chart, as to which bin, they should be located, after we found a couple of rugs that we liked, we couldn't find them in the bins. We couldn't get any help. And then we looked online, and it said, the rugs were out of stock. I've never seen such an organization in a store. You absolutely could not find a rug that you were looking for. And no one was willing to help, I will never go back to the store. There is absolutely no customer service and no one tries to help you. I'm done The rugs we were interested in. We're anywhere between 250 and 299. We thought that was a little high for what we wanted, but were willing to pay. So that we could get the rug it that day. Someone needs to go in there and make sure their employees are trained properly and get that store organized. So that you can find what you're looking for you, and there should always be someone there to help the elderly. read more

I have incredibly mixed feelings about at home. When the store first opened, I was really excited because they have such a great selection of home furnishings. The selection of Decour changes by the season and if you find something you like you should pick it up as soon as you see it because it will probably be gone the next time you come in. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and the store is large enough where you can browse for quite a long time. now for the issues I have experienced. You need to inspect furniture very carefully before buying it because a lot of it is damaged. They do not say on the floor which pieces are damaged. You just have to look. There are usually very long lines and not many people working. I have had a long line with a manager sitting there, leaning across the counter and not working. Which I find incredibly discouraging, considering it was close to the holidays. He could've easily helped but instead he wanted to sit and talk to people. There were probably 20 people in line and there was no way he didn't see it. I have also had issues in the bathroom. The last time I went they had literally removed the toilet roll dispensers from the bathrooms, so there was no toilet paper for customers to use. At first I thought it was just a stall I was in, so I moved to another one, and that one had literally had the dispenser removed. I do not understand why they even offer restrooms if they are not going to stock them. Overall, I may return, but probably not for a while and only if I get a good coupon or something. However, if lines are long, I would probably put my stuff back and walk out. read more

I have heard about this place for years but had never been until this week. I am so disappointed I have waited so long to go, I could have decorated my house years ago, instead I spent money settling on decor I didn't really like. So much money wasted because I did just listen and go to At Home sooner so take it from me stop wasting your money and CHECK THIS LACE OUT NOW!!! They have such a wide selection of decor for all areas of your house and for all different seasons. I was able to find pillows for several different areas of my house, Easter decor, wax melts (I couldn't even find ones I liked on Amazon but found ones I loved here), wall decor and a centerpiece display for my living room. I loved that they have three different size carts, small, medium and biggest cart I've ever seen, it really makes the shopping experience a breeze. The store was very clean and well laid out. I would prepare to spend at least two hours as it is a large store with quality good. I will be rushing back very soon! read more

Today was my first visit to "At Home" at the recommendation of a local. In fact, I just relocated to Jacksonville in the beginning of this month, August 2019. I signed up online for the "Insider Perks" rewards program on Saturday 08/10/2019, and received a text confirmation. However, I did not receive an email with the coupon, and explained to Gail that it was not in my spam/junk folders either, and even showed her the text confirmation from Saturday. When asking Gail what happens in these instances, she replied there was nothing that could be done to help, and pretty much dismissed me. I found the experience rather disconcerting for several reasons: * Despite showing Gail that I signed up for the "Insider Perks" program on Saturday, she did not attempt to assist me at all. I had to take the initiative to find someone else for help. * With full understanding that everyone does not behave with integrity, it would have been a simple task to verify that it was my first time shopping there. * As a manager, I felt that Gail did not set a proper example to her team on customer care, and taking reasonable steps to ensure continued loyalty. * Gail's treatment of me reflected poorly on the store's brand. On a higher note, I sought assistance at a different register, operated by Jeremy. He was extremely helpful, advising me of all of the options available to receive a discount. With this associate, it was discovered that I was eligible for either a first time shopper, military, or a discount via credit card signup. Who knew such a wonderful store exsisted. I'm sure if you can't find it anywhere else you're more than likely able to find it here. Walking in we were greeted by a wonderful associate and decided to start our journey from the far right and work our way to the opposite end. I was so amazed at the variety of stuff they had and I'm here to tell you that the store was absolutely huge. I'm sure my friend and I lost track of time because we went in and it was daylight and by the time we came out the sun had already set. Some of the items that they have on display are very unique and would definitely go nicely in any home. We eventually decided to have a look at their lamp section as well as the rugs they had available. Every now and then we would find ourselves off course but the store was very fun to explore. Our time was well spent here and I'm not opposed to going back to further explore. read more

It's good if you need something trendy. I wouldn't spend too much money here just because the quality is low, especially in furniture. I've bought some chairs but mainly little accent pieces that I have been happy with. The prices are too high for the quality so be careful with your purchase. I wouldn't shop here for As far as customer service, it's not good or bad, there just isn't any unless you seek them out. Wow! And right "At Home" is what I feel! A new transplant from the Pacific Northwest, we moved here just before Christmas. If not for the courteous, service-oriented assistants like Heather, Tina and others on duty while we shopped, we would have been without a Christmas at our new home! Our belongings weren't due to arrive on time, so we had to shop for EVERYTHING to manage until they did. That included not only the basic necessities, but also a Christmas tree and all of the trimmings. The ladies were so helpful, pleasant and rang up what we purchased with a smile -- including wrapping fragile items and calling in extra help when we had to stuff two settees into our vehicle. Thanks to At Home...we feel like we are truly At Home. Having such a wonderful store with a wide selection of items to select from and such warm and wonderful people on hand -- we will always stop in for our decorating and general household needs. This place has almost any and everything that you would probably need for your home with the exception of electronics unless I missed that section. I was very suprised how big this place is. There is a clearance section in the back corner which has some pretty good deals but nothing that we were interested in. If you have deep pockets the whole store is your world. read more

My husband and I moved from Massachusetts to Starke Florida and went shopping at Ashley Furniture. Upon arriving there we were greeted by a salesperson named Tim Mathes . The moment we entered the store he made as feel at home. He showed us quality furniture and knew exactly what we were looking for. He offered us friendly service ,showed us his knowledge and was very patient . I love how the store displayed everything to look like rooms and not a warehouse. This is a fabulous store! I've visited with my mom a few times and I'm never disappointed. The store is large and you are guaranteed to find just about everything you need to decorate a home from top to bottom. Some of their items are a little pricey but there are others that you just can't beat. Poor management. She laughed when we asked for some customer satisfaction to package a 27*54 painting correctly. Item nearly looked on clearance when we asked to verify which of the price tags were correct. Shocked to see she felt the packaging was acceptable. I doubt At Home trains mananagent this way. Felt like an unvalued customer on a Saturday night. Not looking for compensation just that it be addressed. At Home has some nice decor, furniture, etc. at decent prices. I find some items a little pricey (somewhere between Old Time Pottery and Bed Bath and Beyond) but it's a good resource when decorating (Home Depot is right next door so between the two you're set for almost any home improvement project). They have very large holiday selections (right now they have tons of Halloween stuff and quite a bit of Christmas stuff out, too). Friendly staff, too. Worth a stop if you're decorating or looking for holiday goods. read more

This is my new favorite home decoration store. I found this place while visiting the pet store next door, saw the name stopped in and was wowed immediately. Usually I shop at homegoods and Kirklands although while they're both nice stores I always find their aisle are not wide enough, and they're are limited when it come to varieties. This store is a woman dream decoration store, so many varieties of stuff like vases,art,seasonal holiday decor, candles and so much more. I was there for an hour, walking down the aisles was so much fun that I didn't get to see the whole store. Honestly I was skeptical about writing a review only because the store was not packed with people like homegoods and I would like to see it remain that way, on the other hand it's a great big store with friendly staff that deserves a five star review. Hopefully anyone reading this can understand the importance of sharing the aisles and be mindful while shopping. Even a big stores as this one can become extremely annoying to shop at too when customers especially women like myself stares at the same item for 20 minutes straight while the aisle is being blocked by them and their shopping cart. read more
