Visited this Orange Park "country store" on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at their vast selection of decorations at reasonable prices. They also teach classes on painting techniques and carry a large assortment of paint supplies. The staff member on duty was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable, They had many seasonal decorations and loads of furniture. You should definitely stop by frequently as they are always getting new items in. read more

This place has the CUTEST home furnishings! My friend and I went in looking for specific pieces of furniture for her home. She found both pieces she was looking for and I purchased a couple home decor items. The prices are pretty low for the quality of item and how cute everything is. I found it very similar to prices we find at Vintage Market at Clay County Fair. They have very cute items to give as gifts too! The staff was very friendly, talking and joking with us while we waited on measurements from home lol. They fully loaded the items into my vehicle also. This place will get your creative side turnt up! Its a furniture store and a craft store in one. They offer classes and stock all the material needed to turn old into new. They have a nice size work shop are in the back. They seem to have a creative eye like no other I've seen in the area as some of their finished pieces were just gorgeous. They used suitcase handles for drawer pulls on one chest of drawers and the combination with the colors was absolutely stunning. They had a piece they turned into a patio bar with aluminum siding..so cute. I cant wait to try one of their classes soon now that I've located them. Customer service couldn't have been any better. They had 2 bed frames that I liked, they only had 1 of them on their website, they added the 2nd one within a couple hours so that I could show my husband. They had all of the measurements and details that I needed on hand . I returned a couple of days later, made my purchase and set up for pickup. I was in & out of the store in 5 minutes! They were just as efficient and helpful when we picked up the furniture. You don't find that kind of friendliness and service in retail establishments at more. I will definitely be a return customer and refer friends to the shop. read more

This was my First class at Linen and Rust with a group of friends...and we had the time of our lives! Linen and Rust IS a home furnishings store, BUT they offer classes in the back of the house. These classes are fully prepared and set-up with all accessories needed to complete the class. All you do is register, pay, show up, listen, and create. This was a private Monogram class, which sounds like...AOK. But we all had so much fun painting, helping each other, swapping ideas, and ended up making an amazing piece of wall art. I was overly excited to walk through the store and look at the cute home décor items that they have on display. The staff was friendly, helpful, suggestive, and funny! The store has a very "comfy" vibe and welcomes you in to explore. This place is GREAT for any type of party, but I suggest that if you do a Girls day/night out there, and if you want to add the byob, it must be after store hours. This cute shop is in a very diverse shopping area with other stores around and plenty of restaurants/bar...so make a day of it and enjoy! I can't wait to take another class! ***May 26th I took the Lazy Susan class....and again...SO MUCH FUN! The lazy susan is bigger than ever imagined...well worth the price! This was my second visit to this vintage, home furnishings store. It's a visual treat to stroll through this store and see what owners and consignees have done with old furniture they have found and refurbished. The store offers wall decor and lots more. They also have an extensive stock of different kinds of furniture paints, like the chalk and milk paints. They also offer classes to teach you the different painting techniques you will see used on the furniture in the store. The ladies are so helpful when you came in. Teresa's sold me on the Fusion paint when I went there the first time. She took the time to explain all the types of paints and what type of prep work was needed. I opted for the Fusion pain which has a product that allows you to do no sanding. They had a new shipment of colors coming in and that's what took me back. They have remodeled the store. It looks great and it was fun to find new things in the store. You have to keep checking in because they keep getting new stuff. read more

My wife went in and bought the shelf in the picture attached. The shelf just came undone, Just during transport. Wasn't even able to hang it up and the shelves were coming off. Contacted the manager she said "all sells are final" and that it's posted in the receipt. They offered to fix it, "fixing" it wouldn't help because there were already holes in it so it would just create bigger holes. The manager told my wife to come back to the store and she did, when she should up she was greeted by the owners aggressive husband who was so angry he was literally shaking, he tried to condescend and intimidate my wife, extremely unprofessional I must say. He pointed out a all sales final sign on the back of a computer monitor....4 feet away from the register where you pay. They ended up taking the product back because of how poorly made it was. The owners aggressive postering, poorly made products, and horrible customer service really seems to be the normal there. read more

Great little store for unique home decor items. Some of my friends had previously done craft classes, such as the mason jar decorating and highly recommended this store for a group class. We recently did the monogram painting class, which did not initially sound like something exciting to me, but the class itself was very educational and a lot of fun. We had an amazing teacher, who walked us through every step of the process and even provided assistance when we needed help. The class prices are very reasonable since it includes the instruction, and the materials so you have a completed piece to bring home. We ran way over our allotted time, but the instructor and other staff members were incredibly patient with us. I would love to go back and take other classes at this location and learn how to create my own home decor. The store itself has some furnishings and other local craftsmen creations available for purchase. I am a fan of the wine cork art. So many options, so plan to spend some time to explore all the interesting items in the store. read more
