He's since ghosted me. No answers to texts and all calls go to voice mail. He said he was going to return and do touch ups. The whole front entrance needs to be redone. The only good thing I can say is at least I was able to use his phone number to get a good discount at Sherwin-Williams. If you need paint and supplies, just give them his number 9043611802. He did do some good work on the other side tho.

I hired him to install vinyl planking in my house, the floors had already been demo'd prior to him starting the job. He gave me the price, he stated I had to pay half upfront, which i did and half at the completion of the job. His behavior was very strange and weird after receiving the initial payment. He was very inappropriate (calling me baby, love etc.). I hired him for business purposes ONLY. He wouldn't let his employee come back to complete the work. I paid for half of the job, not even half was completed. I got tired of the games and going back and forth about the job being completed. I decided to cut my losses and block him. I would steer clear of this company especially if you're a woman!!!!! This guy is not mentally or emotionally stable. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

When I arrived at the store no one was in there except me, however I was left for about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Once someone did ask if I needed help (obviously, I'm standing looking directly at the counter) they then proceeded to tell me they couldn't color match the door. No samples could be given because they didn't have any base to mix colors and their fast drying door paint wasn't available. Overall, I only got told what couldn't be done from a store that specializes in paint. No offers of any like colors was made or which products would work best in a metal door. Interestingly, their color match app was able to match the door paint so I don't understand how the store couldn't do it. I left and went to Home Depot. See that review for a polar opposite experience. You couldn't pay me to ever come back to this store. They don't care about selling their products or helping a customer. They're a total waste of time.

After browsing I could tell why most people shop for paint at the big box stores such as myself. Their stain is twice as much as you would pay for at HD. That being said I had a 30% off coupon and from what I've read SW paint is Superior to even the best Behr brand. Ben gave some good recommendations and even told me about the specials they have and upcoming specials they will be having. That alone deserves 5 stars. I have yet to use the stain due to my schedule and will be back in the next month to buy a dozen more gallon of stain and rent their paint machine. I'll update the review if my 5 star experience changes.

This included power washing, priming, and minor repairs [as necessary]. The Estimator, Justin, arrived on time and listened to all of our expectations and concerns. He furnished a detailed and timely estimate for the work to be completed. And, during our review period, he answered all of our follow-on questions and supplied both insurance [medical and liability] and licensing information, so that we were able to independently verify their currency and applicability. The work took three days to complete. Each day Dale [on site manager] & company [Ron - first day, Malcolm - 2nd & 3rd day] arrived on time, prepared to paint the house. On the first day, Dale listened to our concerns and ensured that he understood the job to be completed. He was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and above all patient [with us and the work]. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Dale went beyond the job agreement, delivering, with our approval, painting touches so that the finished product was uniform in appearance. We were more than satisfied. Suggestion: If possible, purchase the paint yourself, using the types and quantities provided in the estimate. We saved about 40% over the estimated purchase prices because we happened into a paint sale at a local paint store.
