My husband and I wanted to check it out and see if we found any inspiration or even some pieces we love enough to take home with us. Kate greeted us at the door and let us know that we could have almost anything in whatever upholstery we like, change the color, wood finishing, texture, etc. That kind of versatility is amazing! The turnaround time when placing a custom order like that is 6-8 weeks. we loved the curated pieces in the store and liked how each setting was thoughtfully placed, showcasing the different potential personalities that come with living spaces. In the end, we were pressed for time so we didn't buy anything. We loved the color on some of the walls we saw, and Kate got us the name of the paint and the color before we left the store. Despite not buying anything, we loved our experience in this store, and would come back in a heartbeat. Kate checked on us and offered her help in matching things, getting ideas together, and going through this whole process, which I greatly appreciated. I walked around the entire store looking for the set I wanted. I opened drawers and verified measurements once I found the set. No one greeted me when I walked in. No one asked if I needed help while I was walking around the store. Despite waiting by the set I wanted and trying to wave down associate I still received no help whatsoever. Not even I'll be with you shortly. Needless to say I left the store without my bedroom furniture and was highly disappointed!

Haverty's has a pretty good and user friendly website and I found a sectional that I was interested in. It being a holiday weekend, John was working- so he trusted me to go and pick out the furniture. The Shiloh sectional was the one I was interested and and walking through the door at Haverty's, Kate Monahan greeted me and walked me through the purchase. I made sure to sit on the sofa for about 30 minutes to make sure it was comfortable and even laid across it (something that was uncomfortable with our current furniture). I picked out custom fabric for the accent pillows and this manufacturer didn't upcharge for that! Win! I also added an ottoman from a different family set, and got it in the same material as the sofa. Kate was fantastic throughout the experience. She connected with me, made sure to offer me the best price and the furniture was slated to come in within 8 weeks and it was in exactly 8 weeks! Kate followed up with me about my scheduled delivery and again after delivery and even sent a sweet thank you card! If I need any other furniture I would shop with her again for sure! Delivery was yesterday- they give you a four hour window and then narrow it to two hours the day before delivery and they have a track the truck feature- so you can see when you're next. The delivery guys were fantastic- set up quickly! The whole experience from start to end was a great experience. John is very happy with our new furniture too~ success. And the cats approve too, lol.
