I really appreciated willingness to help me and it was fairly priced as well. This is the first place I'll call next time I need lighting repair work.

I took in a huge long runner that I have had since the 80's with massive stains in hopes that he could get the stains out. After much trying, the rug was cleaned but the stains were permanently. *@!% Ok, now what to do, let's cut it in half and salvage it another way! Although cutting the rug will not eliminate the stains, I can at least use the rug on each side of my kitchen island, instead of just throwing the rug away. Michael had the patience of a saint dealing with this as he also had to deal with the binders and the cleaner because I was asking things such as, can we shave the pile down to eliminate the stain as the rug was thick -Nope! So basically a 16th birthday party years ago with girls being unable to keep chocolate cake on their plate sent me to Dr. Michael the rug Doctor for help. Michael also cleaned a rug that I picked up for my daughter and mailed it to Texas for me! What a great guy to save me from lifting that rug and handling that for me. A true professional in every sense of the word. Mulch & More delivered the mulch right on time on short notice and the driver was very skillful in dropping it right where it was needed. They are cocky, arrogant. unprofessional, deceptive and even went as far as to tell me I'd regret my decision. Uhm.
