    What I envisioned.

    I ordered ceramic tiles from floor and decor. I had the installation done in my kitchen. I thought that the floor looked so awful afterwards because they hadn't removed all the grout haze from the floor. I had two floor companies come in to remove the haze, and the first one said they couldn't do it through their process. The second one came in today and removed the haze only to reveal the scarring, scratches, scapes, and bumps that were visible on the tile. Every single tile. Had to pick one star to post.

    With social distancing in place the store was making sure to only allow a limited amount of customers Inside. Which is appreciated! There were so many options for flooring, it's almost overwhelming. We decided against tile which led us to the vinyl and laminate area. Several associates stopped to ask if we needed help. We have questions about the differences in the types of flooring and what options were available. The associate that ended up helping us was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into a purchase. After pricing two other home improvement stores, Floor and Decor by far had a great selection and lower prices.

    Who doesn't love home decor, floor and home improvement suppliers? I just walk through this store and think of all the possibilities. My friend brought us here to pick up a butt-load of travertine tiles (yuck!) for his house and it was extremely heavy. Thank goodness I brought my brother to help my friend load it into his car. For the amount of money that was spent, you would think they would insist on helping you load it. Not sure what happened there... For our small remodel, we were able to pick up the White Matte Hexagon Porcelain Mosaic tiles sold by the sheet for our bathroom floor at a pretty good price ($2-3 each). Our bathroom is very tiny so we didn't need much of it. All-in-all, they had the selection we wanted at the price we liked.

    The selection here is fantastic and they also have a lot of stuff on sale or clearance. I did feel like some of the associates try to avoid you since a few employees passed us and did not acknowledged our presence. We did manage to get help so that's a positive. A few things to note here. They do hold items for free for 14 days, not sure what the storage or holding fee is after the fact. They also subcontract any work needed so they give you a brochure and you call the number and figure out the measurement, etc. They also allow non-service animals here. We were able to bring our pup in no problem. We are going to have someone come out and do some measurement, more than likely we will be back to buy some granite and hardwood from here.

I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price. Parking is already congested and this definitely makes the surrounding area even more congested. They are definitely making use of the space compared to the older location. The aisles are much more compact -- At least in the men's section. I'm not a big guy. If someone was browsing down the same aisle one person would need to go around in the opposite way even if they were browsing different racks. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The checkout does not have the 'next' available register indicator or speaker call out. If you are next in line pay attention because you need to look for an available cashier to wave you to the next open register. The positive is that there is a much better selection now and it's comparable to the location on Old St. Augustine.

I went in with a mindset of what I was going to get however, after looking at several pieces, they had on the floor quickly my design change to something that I truly fell in love with and can hardly wait for it to arrive. I want to talk about the specific customer service. Joseph was our design coordinator and I cannot begin to commend the patience and understanding this man had! Yes, those who know me know this is true. (and I am sure they're chuckling) I was all over the map trying to decide what I wanted. I knew once I saw it I would know it and, Joseph walking us around being very patient and not overshadowing me trying to give me a sales bitch. I actually found the ideal items that I wanted. He never pressured me into anything no matter how many times I changed my mind. He just went with the flow and maintain a smile. I want to talk about Jasmine who worked the business office. Her outstanding customer centered skills truly made this and enjoyable experience. She had maintained a beautiful smile and just went with the flow and never once complained about the multiple times she had to put things into the computer. She treated me as she wanted to be treated, with respect dignity, and patience. Next, let's talk about Josh, Josh just sat there join the party, laughed and provided ideas. You can tell that he enjoys working with people by the way, he handled my humor and the way he interacted with his team members. It's a close team and that was very apparent by all of their interactions. I want to talk about the manager, Jeo. They say you can tell Ware a team gets their attitude from and in this case it was so apparent why everyone was happy, Joville, and truly enjoyed their job! It starts with the management. Jeo Truly enjoys his job, and that was demonstrated by his actions, patience, and sense of humor. I truly hope that American signature furniture recognizes him for his outstanding efforts to provide customer service. Overall, I cannot say thank you for putting up with me for over 3 1/2 hours as I went from one end to the other end and all over the spectrum. And no time did Joseph, Jasmine, Josh, or, Jeo ever demonstrate the slightest level of frustration, rather they went with the flow and made me feel as if I was the most important customer.

    Extremely disappointing experience with Value City Furniture - Argyle Village, a local franchise…read morestore for American Signature Furniture. Our initial delivery was canceled without any prior notice, despite confirming the date several days in advance; eventually delivery is cancelled a total of 4 times! Reached out to corporate and they directed me back to store and to direct concerns up chain of command thru regional manager before they would intervene or address the situation. In total, we experienced four delivery cancellations. Communication was absent at first and then poor and misguided or detached, with the delivery and sales departments shifting blame and advising us to disregard the official tracking information via web portal link provided on purchase receipt. At one point, the delivery operations manager proposed sourcing a missing item from another customer's order, which raised serious ethical concerns. Subsequent cancellations were allegedly attributed to DOT restrictions involving their third-party carrier, even though our delivery date had been pre-scheduled. The delivery store manager showed little empathy and offered repeated excuses rather than solutions. Despite multiple requests with both sales (Matthew T.) & delivery store manager (Lorin M.) to speak with regional manager (Jessica Twomey), we received no call from her. Overall, the lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable in regard to Value City Furniture - Argyle Village. It's also clear that customer care and responsibility are not priorities for this American Signature Furniture company and what it represents.

Stewart charged us a $150.00 restocking fee, told us that it worked fine and then sold it to an employee. This is bad business, @150.00 is a lot of money to charge a customer, that returned the light in good faith, because it did not work( but I guess the customer is never right) We paid for the pole attached also, an was given bad advise, because the one we had worked just fine for any light. Shame on you Stewart lighting and Nita for your behavior certaining this return. There was a reason your store was empty of customers. Products Not Eligible for Return: Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Products not in resalable condition or products missing the original packaging Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way, including cut, clipped or stripped wires Showroom display models, open box, and/or products on clearance Custom or made-to-order products Light bulbs, glass, parts, and shades Products not returned by the original customer with an attempted return by someone else Products not purchased from Stewart Lighting or Stewart Fans No Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees if your return meets our required conditions listed above. However, if your product is returned with missing parts and/or packaging or if it appears to have been installed with cut or stripped wires, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or charge you additional fees for damage. We will contact you with our decision and if you do not wish to accept our offer, we can return your product to you, provided that you pay for the shipping.
