Today I went back, still overwhelmed, and even apologized for being so clueless and wishy-washy. Chad didn't miss a beat. He said: "You should be. Make sure you ask questions, do your homework." He never once made me feel dumb or like I was a bother. Instead, he put together a package that was actually cheaper than the bundle I thought I needed, and reassured me that if I need help later, someone there will show me how to use everything. They had a tray of snack food laid out for visitors, and there were signs to sign up for emails and text messages for special deals and news.
