Our experience with Belle Decor Design Group was very disappointing. It ended very badly with them…read morewalking off the job without finishing. Every time we brought up an issue it was made to be personal and we were always told wait until the project is done and it will be fine. I realize we were demanding, but this project was very important to us and as the project progressed we had reason to be concerned. We realize the owner had a family crisis and we had stressed to her that if she needed to delay for a while we would understand. When the lead worker said he was finished and would be back during the next week to install mirrors and vanity doors we asked him about some areas that did not look right. He said we should submit a punch list for them to review. We sent the punch list to the owner and asked her to come out and look at the items with us. We told her that it was necessary in order for her to plan for materials and labor required to complete the project. She refused and chose instead to no longer honor her contract and to walk away from our project. Here are a few items that are on the punch list. 1. The shower floor drain is improperly installed and is a cut hazard for your feet. 2. The area under the shower entry threshold was not grouted or sealed and water will flow under the threshold to the floor. 3. Three of the side splashes on the vanity tops are installed upside down. We have no doubt that they may do better work on other projects but if you pick them you should ensure that you have regular walk throughs with the owner to ensure they are providing quality throughout the project. Some things are easier to correct sooner rather than later.

Not the best experience with a home improvement company. It started 30 March with paying for half…read moreprice for the tile shower and tub replacement with acrylic. Technician showed up a week later to take measures to order the material. Project manager scheduled me for 15 and 16 June for demolition and install. 14 June the second project manager called and said that the technician will be at my house the 15 June. I took the day off from work to wait for the technician to show up. 15 June at 3 pm rolled around and no one showed up. I called the office and no answer, left a message and text the Salesman that sold me the shower and tub. Hour later text me and said I would have to wait until the next day for any answers. 16 June got a call from the 3rd program manager and stated the technician will not be able to make it to my project this week and we would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for 30 June and 1 July. When the technician showed up on 30 June said he was not working Saturday (1 July) to finish my project. I called the office and the 4th project manager answered and said that the project would be complete Saturday. The technician worked Friday and said he would be back at 0700 Saturday to start work. He showed up at 0900. Then at 1200 said he was out of material and will need to come back Monday to finish the project. Well the project was not done Saturday. Monday (3 July) He came back out to finish. With a hole in the wall, shelves upside down, gap at the floor and tub and paint peeled off the ceiling. He was done and that to call the office for payment. I called the office and talked with the project manager and said that I'm not happy with the final result. They sent out the supervisor and he agreed. That is not the product they should leave a homeowner. So, the following week 10 July and 11 July sent the technician back out to fix everything. Still not very good result. Not worth the $7642. If I could do it again, I would look for another company.
