I washed it per the label instructions and let it dry flat. The garment shrunk to a child's size piece of clothing. I went to return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase & the store manager refused to do either. She would only repeat herself over/over by saying if you wash the clothing we cannot refund or credit you. I explained that I only wore it once and during the initial wash the clothing was defective. The exact dress was still for sale & hanging up near the register. The manager said there was nothing she could do for me. She also said since I cut off the tags their policy is no refunds or exchanges. I am reasonable and I understand in certain circumstances refunds/exchanges can not be made but in this instance management should have made an exception. My main complaint was the store manager made me feel like this business does not value their customers. There are so many other wonderful local businesses in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra. I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a store who appreciates their customers and makes repeat business a priority.

I cannot match or put together a nice outfit if I absolutely needed to. Not my forte. Thank goodness for the staff here. And since they all have different styles, they can help you find your own. The reason I've never shopped here is from the outside, it seem like a boutique to me which usually means that the prices will be high. We continued to browse on our own and I was presently surprised to see how affordable the prices were. Towards the back was a rack with clearance apparel. Average price was around $20. I ended getting a romper, long sleeve shirt, and dress for $48 which wasn't too bad considering I purchased 2 items at Forever 21 for the same amnt. The teen staff were friendly once we cashed out. The one thing I didn't like was their return policy (see tip) which I wasn't made aware of until I looked at my receipt.
