After talking with them about the store they said this place has amazing deals on home goods and clothing. So we did stop here and oh my gosh they have a lot of good deals in there. Example; I found a Spiral Flame Patio Heater still in the box brand new. It was 75% less than what I found it online and other big box stores. They had 3 large pallets full of these heaters. The owner was at the register and she was super nice and friendly! This store is in a shopping center. On the right side was the Home Goods and the clothing store is on the left side. Then about 2 years later I purchased 3 more suits. During those visits the sales staff as well as the seamstress were all fantastic!!! The seamstress was especially helpful and did an amazing job back then with the "Tailored Fit". In 2020 I had open heart surgery and during the recovery and where I'm at today in 2025 I lost 25 pounds. As you can imagine those 5 suits DON'T fit anymore!!! I needed a suit for an event so I called Men's Warehouse about getting one of the altered again. They said no problem and it was part of the lifetime alterations since I purchased the suits from them and they did the alterations. I did have to pay for some special alterations on this suit but no big deal! When I picked up my suit today and tried it on it fit perfectly and I think it fits better now than it did the first time. She did the slim cut alteration on it and I love it. So today again; the staff were very friendly even though they were super busy! The same seamstress that did the alterations 10 years did the alterations again and was just as friendly and helpful! Added note; I looked through the marked down section and saw a dress shirt that fit me perfectly! Normal price was $79 and it was marked down to $14.99. Oh yes love the shirt and price! Thank you Men's Warehouse for providing a great service for us guys!!!! * I definitely recommend Men's Warehouse! Word of advice; was the sales added and sign up for emails and promotions. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. No matter what department I'm in, there are always adequate employees available to assist me. I never have to go out of my way to look for an associate. i've always received friendly service from knowledgeable employees. I love Dillard's shoe department. Yes, they tend to cost quite a bit more that what you'll find at more shoe stores, but they are of excellent quality. They last for years and years. You get what you pay for. They also carry Coach shoes which I'm quite fond of. I'm happy to say Dillard's now has a selection of Michael Kors bags. I know we have a designated store at the Town Centre now, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood to drive all the way out there. The selection at Dillard's is nowhere as extensive as it is at the Flagship store, but it is a decent selection. Dillard's also has great sales on their clothes. I usually buy my winter clothes at the beginning of summer and my summer clothes at the beginning of winter. I have literally purchased $60 tops for $5. So keep an eye out for those sales!

The manager on duty, Leslie De La Cruz, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and made absolutely no effort to understand or address my situation. The bag in question wasn't just any item it was a meaningful gift from a cherished friend, and it was donated without my approval. I approached the store calmly, simply looking for a reasonable resolution. Instead of listening or offering even a hint of assistance, Leslie repeatedly shut me down, showed no empathy for my discomfort, and acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. All I asked for was a basic form of compensation, such as a refund or a gift card equal to the value of the donated bag. This was a fair and respectful request given the circumstances, yet the manager chose to offer nothing not even a sincere apology. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, not only because of the loss of a sentimental item, but because of the unacceptable treatment I received from someone who is supposed to represent the store's values. Customers deserve respect, understanding, and professionalism, none of which were shown to me during this interaction. I truly hope Uptown Cheapskate addresses this issue, because no one should have to go through what I did just to seek a simple and reasonable resolution.
