The artwork here and quality is amazing. Definitely reminds me of my time back In Puertorico. The service is awesome, I believe they also have a bookshop in the back, might be a different owner but equally as amazing. They have a variety of different pots, and ceramics you can choose from, and the prices are definitely worth the quality. read more

Oh the Gypsy Moon Closet is so cute- I adore this little hole in the wall shop- dresses, skirts and tops adorn the outside of the shop. There are two rooms- one filled to the brim with hand made soaps and such and the other, the size of a closet, full of more apparel. I picked out a lovely, flowy skirt to snag and grabbed a lip balm too. They do have a dressing room, but I knew the stetchy waist would fit- no problem. I could've bought 5 of her skirts- they were so cute! Service is sweet and friendly and the skirt was a decent price. I ended up swapping out my leggings for the skirt later that day as it warmed up and was complemented by numerous people on my skirt! Win Win read more

Loved this store! This store has a variety of essential oils, soaps, bracelets, other organic items and clothing. When you visit the shops in St. Augustine this a place to stop in. The soaps create a pleasant aroma along with the essential oils. Interesting that you can add essential oils to the lava bead bracelet and smell the scent all day. I bought a bracelet and the wildflower essential oil. Looking forward to seeing how this works out. Also picked up an organic muscle rub for relaxation which is a gel made with menthol and essential oils. My daughter bought some casual pants. At checkout we received some free soap samples. With our next visit or shopping online we will check out more oils and the soaps. read more

Terrible customer service. Bought a bracelet yesterday and wished to return it. Receipt does not indicate that there is a "no refund" policy. Manager advised today that only exchanges are allowed. Today's receipt looks totally different from yesterday's and now has the "no refund" policy at the bottom. Manager should have honored the return. read more

Love this little shop, tucked away in Old Town St. Augustine. While they have some bohemian jewelry and clothing, the main reason to come by is their unique soaps, bath products and roll on oil fragrances. Very well priced-I got a lavender soap and roll on fragrance for under $20. It's all small batch and locally made. The variety of scents & options for soaps were quite diverse and included simple oat to charcoal lavender bars-definitely something for everyone's scent preferences. They offer samples and have a friendly owner who takes obvious pride in her work. I went to a lot of shops in St. Augustine that sold bath products and this one definitely stood out. read more

This is a very unique and very specialized boutique. They have hair pieces, jewelry, clothes, scarves. My best friend got the most GORGEOUS item here we stopped on the day we arrived in town, then went back 2 days later to make her purchase. The owner is very much in tune with her customers. She's very personable and I think this is very important when you're working in a tourist town. This is not an inexpensive boutique so understand you get what you pay for and allow yourself to splurge. It was a great experience! read more

Walking my way through st. George St & here's this wonderful little shop full of Majolica? pottery! Beautiful patterns to adorn your table & home! I've seen these in Europe but very expensive - euros!!! Very affordable here! And I love their bath soaps. Hand milled soaps can sometimes leave a residue on skin & kinda sticky but not these soaps! These were sudsy & great to rinse off in shower. I bought 4 & they gave me samples to try! Treated myself to a top - beautiful greyish Shaw! Happy find for my soul! I was cautious to approach Gypsy Moon due to the slightly eclectic pottery shop in its way, but slowly and surely I made my way to the racks directly outside of the perimeter of Gypsy Moon and was delightfully met with an array of light lace and almost Wicca style clothing. I decided to go mainly because on the sign it had mentioned soaps. There are two sections of Gypsy Moon, to the right where apparel is sold, and on the left is almost a miniature apothecary shop. You walk in and your nose is met with wonderful smells, a vast array (70 kinds or I was told by the shopkeeper, who was extremely kind) of soaps and other knickknacks including candles and lotions. After sniffing each of the handmade soaps, I went to go check out and the owner greeted my mother and I with tales of how the soap is heat resistant (until you put it in the microwave) and will keep its smell for a year. After paying she gave us two samples of other soaps and we were on our way. Overall, the quality of the products and the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, without being pushy, made Gypsy Moon my favorite store in this shopping area. I will definitely order from them online and have products shipped to my home in North Carolina read more

Gypsy Moon Imports sells the most wonderful soaps! These aren't your just ordinary hand made soaps. They are luscious. And, packaged simply and beautifully - many tied with a pretty leaf wrapped around the bar. I purchase some for my friends and family as stocking stuffers last year and they were a big hit. Used to be my go-to place to get soap. Came here to stock up with some family from out of town. Gave the lady a 20 and she gave me the wrong change back and I confronted her, politely. She accused me of lying and was completely rude. NEVER going back. She's the real skinny girl in the boutique section. VERY rude and unprofessional.
