This was my second time in. This boutique has names like Gorjana, Voluspa, Swell, Lilly Pulitzer, and Capri Blue. The store also has a small selection of cute clothing as well. I was able to get a large Volcano Capri Blue candle for a much better price than most Jacksonville retailers, especially with my 20% off coupon. It's nice to have a place to go for gifts or just to treat yourself without having to trek up to the St. Johns Town Center! Customer service is exemplary, and I always feel welcome when I'm there. The transaction process is also very quick and efficient with the iPad system. Great experience!

This store seems very cluttered (some may say well-stocked, lol.) So much so, that it is difficult to get a cart through the aisles. My first visit, I brought a cart in from outside that seemingly had been left out in the parking lot by another patron. I thought I was doing something good. Contrary to my belief, an employee came over to me aggressively telling me that I couldn't use that cart inside the store. She demanded that I take my infant granddaughter out of the seat so that she could take that cart to their back room. This was NOT a good first impression for me! It took me several months to revisit! At the time of my last visit, it was most certainly not ADA compliant. It was still very crowded /cluttered throughout most sections of the store.

Buying a house with these ladies was a great experience! Jeanie was the calm and patient saint we…read morespoke with and toured with the most, while Ann was the wizard behind the scenes. We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!
