We discovered this precious, unassuming gem on US1 during a recent trip to St Augustine. As one crosses the threshold, he/she will be transported into a colorful world of handmade jewelry, household decor, soaps, gourmet food items, etc. Whether you're looking for one-of-a-kind souvenirs or a special gift for a special someone, you will certainly find it here.

Ended up buying 3 cutting boards (saw this vendor at a craft fair -- woo!) Got these from $42 to $70 each

This is like a large communal bazaar filled with booths from local artists and crafters. Basically, a craft and art fair that's year round without a plethora of sticky children or mosquitos! Hashtag WINNING! I was reminded of their existence from the St. Augustine Record featuring small business Saturday. It's located on US1 south between the Honda dealership and Tractor Supply. I ended up visiting this store two days in a row -- and found when it wasn't bustling, I had more time to look at all the things. There's a lot of things. I can't explain it. Things you didn't know you wanted until you saw it. I found this cutting board I wanted from this local vendor (A & A wood creations) at a craft fair awhile ago, but didn't buy it because the ones they had left were too small. I found them here -- and ended up buying THREE. I also found this cool super Florida wooden fish for $12. And a random pineapple painting for $35. A set of mermaid earrings for $12. Honestly, it's all reasonably priced. Think of the front part of Hobby Lobby, but instead of everything made in China -- it's all done locally. It's a worthy visit if you are a tourista looking for a totally Florida keepsake. And it's just a short trip south of the Walmart! They take credit cards, so no excuses. Something unexpected -- they also had local food related stuffs (paletas aka frozen fruit bars, spice mixes, breads, dips, honey, etc). The owners said they identified their lack of dog stuff, stained glass and leather -- but stay tuned! This place will constantly be in flux with new stuff and vendors! It's a super neat concept.

Look for the big grey warehouse next to Beaver Toyota!

So much to see in this giant warehouse! Very clean, well-lit and organized. Basically, there is an entry area, 2 large rooms to either side, and back room with artwork displayed on the walls. Items for sale include foods, jewelry, decor, gifts of every kind, all created by local artisans. The quality of items ranges from simple, crafty, homemade things to amazing woodworking pieces. Prices vary wildly, as does the booth inventory. Be sure to allow about 30-45 minutes to walk through and see everything. You will probably find more than one thing to purchase, but if you see something you like, best get it as it may be gone next time....

Art galleries, antique stores, and unique shops between Ripley's Museum and the Mission Nombre de Dios remain open to showcase their products and serve delicious refreshments. There's live music, artists, special showings, and much more at this popular event. This was the first place I went to at this event. Refreshments were delicious! The store was very unique and fun. I got a pearl and rose quartz bracelet here. I love how inspiring and fun the items were in the store.

My original design was boring and unimaginative, but they presented us with a design that is so stunning that I still lose my breath when I walk in. I think it says something when someone who had never been to my house thinks it was always this beautiful. The difference is night and day yet to a new observer it looks like it was always so perfect! Another very important part of the renovation is the people who are in your house doing the work. Brian and Rachel have assembled a group that arrives when they say, are neat and respect your home, and are kind and friendly. I actually enjoyed having them around. Most importantly the craftsmanship is impeccable. On the very rare occasion something was not quite right it was attended to without hesitation. Finally, Rachel and Brian are great people. They are responsible yet fun. They are family people active in their children's lives and great members of their community. The kind of people you can TRUST. We are beyond pleased with our new kitchen and all the work that turned our house into what it is now!
