I really love the selection here. Their jewelry is so nice and there's a good variety.

I would give this place 5 stars - but the music is so loud. Everytime we visit, we end up asking them to turn it down. When you are with a group of friend and someone wants to try things, the music is blasting! So if you are bothered by loud noises I wouldn't go in this place. I also, have mixed feeling about the items. I do think that some things can be overpriced but somethings are really cute and feel unique. I know that these shops are going to be more money because it is a tourist spot, but sometimes things are little crazy IMO. If you are looking for cute gifts you can find something for 20 bucks but if you want a dress get great to spend around 100 on one thing. read more

Very rude staff, my wife and I were in town on vacation, we woke up today and just threw on some comfy clothes to walk around, we can across the Red Pineapple and it looked like our kind of place, we walked inside and the two girls working looked up at us and I immediately knew they "prequalified" my wife and I. What they didn't notice was the day date under the sleeve of my 1/4 zip, or the Prada wallet in my wife's bag. Immediately behind us was a women "dressed to shop", both ladies working doted over her. LOVE this boutique. A friend and I walked into it after having brunch at PK's Roosevelt Room. There's cute dresses, jewelry, and other cute accessories. I bought a couple of gold earrings and they were priced about the same as other boutiques I've been to. Staff was very friendly. Recommend stopping in to look around if you're in the area. read more

Absolutely darling & unique boutique! I actually went back twice on our visit. All the other shops around it were very cheesy & typical tourist shops. This was not!! Loved how they separated the sections by color: clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories, etc... so so cute if you're looking for something unique that you won't see in every tourist spot! I love to browse this store! I have been several times and just get excited as I come through the door! They have a wonderful assortment of snarky, inspirational, and loving quotes on various things- boards, magnets, pillows... Then throw in gorgeous displays for various jewelry! A table for silver, gold, rose gold! The whole store feels rustic-farmhouse meets chic. They have kitchen items, home decor, fashion, jewelry and very eclectic gifts. I fawned over their sage bundles tied up inside beeswax, with additional herbs and flowers, completed with various crystals! Prices are hit and miss for me! I found fun, art-deco earrings for a decent price and some pottery coasters too, but the sage bundles were high priced. Doesn't mean the next person won't scoop them right up though! I've been shopping at this store for years every time I'm in St Augustine. I've never bought jewelry from them until October, when my parents bought me a beautiful pair of silver hoops as a Christmas present. Since then, when I went to wear them for the first time yesterday morning, I found a shocking amount of rust on the posts. I have never worn these and they have been hung on a jewelry stand since I received them, never touching water or anything else for that matter. The store is very lovely but I am disappointed in the quality. The photos were taken even after we attempted to clean it, and it still retained a lot of it. No one wants to put rust in their ears!! read more

Oooh my GOODNESS!!! This little store on St. George St is soooo cute!!! The store sells costume jewelry, some clothing items, kitchen items and novelty items. It's just so fun to go into this little store and just look. This is the type of store that you can shop in and find nice gifts for a friend. Their kitchen towels have awesome little messages. You just laugh out loud at them. St. George street in St. Augustine is a great place to shop in general. My husband sits on a bench and I can jjust peruse the little shops. This was a really cute shop with some fun and special items. From beauty to jewelry, to funny saying on cups and cute clothing this place had it all. We ending up buying some really funny coffee cups for my brother that said "this meeting is bull shit" and one that said something even better that I won't write on here. They had some pretty earrings and I decided to buy a pair since they were cool and a fair price. I can't tell you everything that this place has but what I would say is that its worth a spot in. Besides dresses, they also have jewelry, accessories, houseware, etc. Everything they sell is retro. Even the music is from the 50's and 60's. They are pricey, but they have sales. There was a load of racism thrown my way from the store clerk. It was so bad I had to leave, I was in for no more than 3-4 minutes. No customer service, greeting and followed me around the front of the store. Once I left she went right back to the register. Super cute store! Very clean. The ladies who work there are all kind and friendly. Tons of cute posters, prints, journals, mugs, etc with fun saying and quotes. They have fun jewelry line from simple and minimalistic to funky and flamboyant. Prices do tend to be on the moderate to higher side for the items, but it's a shop in the middle of St. George and the items are unique. read more

I came into the Red Pineapple, having never been there before, but my wife spoke of this shop quite often. I came in to buy my wife a birthday present, having no idea what I was going to get for her. A sales clerk, Audrey, approached me, as I'm sure she recognized my unknowing of what I needed. I told her I wanted to get something for my wife's birthday, preferably jewelry. Instead of just directing me to the most expensive jewelry, she actually asked me to describe my wife's personality and likes and dislikes. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She showed me some earrings, and I chose a pair, but she didn't stop there. I walked out with a pair of earrings, a bracelet and a necklace to match. Needless to say, my wife was ecstatic. While wandering through St. Augustine on our way to Hyppo for some popsicles my friend Ashley and I stopped into Red Pineapple to do a little shopping. Red Pineapple is an adorable little shop in old St. Augustine filled to the brim with vintage style clothing and lots of jewelry. After a cursory look around I grabbed a few flirty summer dresses to try on. Sadly, they were all made for women shorter than me, I looked like an overgrown doll. I was insistent on buying something from this cute shop though, so I took some time to check out the jewelry. It seemed like every spare inch was covered with a pretty necklace or delicate earrings. I ended up leaving with a very pretty green necklace and a pair of grey earnings. Every time I go to Florida on business I find another reason to come back (aside from my paycheck). I wish I had spent more time looking at the jewelry at Red Pineapple, and like always, I wish I were shorter. read more

Well, I pretty much wanted to buy every piece of jewelry in this place and then walked out with nothing. Price wise, I would say they are reasonable for the unique pieces they carry. All very much on the Anthropologie and vintage-like type with their styles and decor. A welcome addition to St. George street. The look and feel of the store draws you in from the street. Gorgeous and clever displays of fabulous jewelry, handbags, signs, aprons and other accessories. And their clothing!!! Ohh so classy and beautiful. I bought several one of a kind necklaces, comfy and beautiful headbands and a bottle of delicious perfume. And the prices for everything is so reasonable. Red Pineapple is simply awesome. While it is listed here as a ladies' clothing boutique, it carries a lot of smaller housewares, some jewelry, stationary, and the amazing scents lines of Tokyo Milk--these are some of the most alluring perfumes/scents I've yet discovered and very glad to find them here. The interior design of the store is impressive, open, inviting, and really showcases the items on display both large and small. As someone else noted, there's a Victorian/steampunk leaning to some items, but certainly not all. The jewelry is all of high quality despite what another reviewer seemed to claim: I looked in detail at several pieces and they all appeared hand-made and with great care. The metals used were mainly sterling silver and in one case, gold surrounding a constellation of small quartz stones. Overall, I was very impressed and the staff was very welcoming and adept at answering my many questions. This shop is a real gem in the midst of a lot of tacky, touristy, stores and deserves all the praise it can garner. read more

This store is so great! It's an undeniably refreshing addition to St. George Street and I make it a point to check it out every time I go downtown. The sales girls are cute and sweet and extremely helpful. It's a boutique like no other around and I wish I could buy one of everything. It's got fashions for every age group, and all are of high quality (no tears in those seams the first time you wear it). ADORABLE boutique in downtown St. Augustine with crazy-affordable prices! Shop stocks home goods, jewelry, and women's clothing that works for multiple age groups - I.e. this isn't a Forever 21 wannabe; the dresses and skirts are more vintage style, so no worries about your *ss hanging out. I've now bought 2 super cute dresses (both for under $65 a piece (and not on sale)) whose styles are timeless, so I'll be able to enjoy them for many more years to come. This is my go to place for gifts! They always have interesting things. I would say the prices are on the high side on reasonable but since they are unique items I expect to pay that. I wouldn't say the staff is friendly at all. I've made purchases there at least 5 times and I stop in every time I'm downtown and I've never left feeling like I had great service. Obviously, it doesn't stop me from going because I like the merchandise. read more
