I came to this location just to browse. I figured I was in the area, so I might as well take a look. I checked out the kids, womens, and men's shoe sections, all of which were having pretty decent deals if you were in the market for shoes. There were a few associates that came up to me to see if I needed help or assistance. I checked to see if there were any shoes that caught my eye. This prime outlet has a lot of stores including a Navy store and a coach store. Most stores are open till 8pm daily and they even have food court with a few options, there is plenty of parking spaces and the stores stretched out pretty far but not as many stores as the outlet in Orlando. They could have better dining options here and more choices with stores that are not clothes, purses and candles, shoes. This a good places to do Christmas shopping if you plan on buying someone clothes or shoes but if you plan on getting other stuff this outlet wouldn't be the place read more

This outlet mall is right off of Interstate 95 in St. Augustine. It runs parallel to 95 and has dozens of outlet stores. They have many clothing, sportswear, sneaker, and perfume stores. There is also a food court, an Auntie Anne's pretzel shop, and a few ice cream vending machines. Prices are always very reasonable, with most stores selling items for 40-70% off the regular price. St. Augustine Premium Outlets are a great place to stop by if you want a quick shopping trip on I-95 from St. Augustine to Jacksonville. Stopped by here because we were trying to find some last minute things for a wedding and it was a great stop. This outlet is basically one big strip and you can see all the shops by just driving.They have a good amount of stores that covers all of your bases. Not as big as other outlets but it does the job if you're looking for things or wanting to shop in general. read more

Outlets can be very hit or miss and we were surprised that this one was a HIT! The are isn't the best and they're kind of out of the way compared to others, but we found it with it. They have a great selection of stores and there's something for everyone. Of course it's very dependent on stores, some had great prices and others, not so much. I went in the bathroom at the food court right right when it opened (I was passing though right at 9:55am on a Saturday). There was pee in many of the toilets, and because it had just opened, that had been sitting overnight. Then the bathroom I used, the toilet did not flush. It has a sensor on it for automatic flushing, but it didn't automatically flush. I pushed the button to flush and that also wasn't working. So, that is why there is so much pee in so many of the toilets. Toilets just don't flush. Then the bathroom sinks... these are to where you push a button on top of the sink, and then water is supposed to run for a few seconds. I went along the row of sinks pushing the buttons, and couldn't find a working one. Two of the sinks were broken to where there was a tiny stream of water permanently drizzling out. I rinsed off very slowly in one of those broken drizzles. The soap dispensers also were either empty or did not have soap. This was just a tiny step up from using a public bathroom at a beach. The outlets need to take some of the rent money and fix the toilets and sinks in the bathroom. My son said that the men's restroom was ok. I did show shopping for running shoes. There were lots of options, and several shoe stores. Prices were not phenomenal. More like there was a decent selection. I think it's ok to shop at. No vacant store fronts, so I guess it is like what a mall would be if actual malls were not mostly vacant. read more

We love going to the outlets! One downside is that there is one way in and out, and traffic gets really backed up. I highly recommend going very early when they first open on the weekend for a much more pleasant shopping experience. My favorite stops are American Eagle (the whole store is under $20), Old Navy outlet for workout clothes, Coach, and Vans. We have stopped in other stores too like Nike, but it is very hit or miss with the discounts and deals. Parking is easy. The bathrooms are at both ends of the outlets, so don't wait until the last minute to hike it over to one that will likely have a line. Bathrooms are never very clean or nice. Otherwise for great shopping prices, you can't go wrong at the outlets. read more

Don't take the first entrance to the mall! It's a madhouse. Pass the red light with the Wendy's and go down past Adventure Landing for the back entrance to the mall! There's a sign along the median of the entrance. This is also where the back bathroom is located. Otherwise, you're stuck hoofing it to the food court or the front entrance bathroom options. This mall needs updates and really isn't much of an outlet these days. It's fine for a few places like Coach, Brighton, and Lucky, but do not expect great prices at all locations. A number of stores are simply overstock and things that didn't sell at regular prices, marked as "sale". Really miss the Converse store. Food court: this is going to sound crazy, but the pizza place has a good greasy slice. Family from NYC enjoys the stop in every time they're in town and we're at the outlet. read more

I have been coming here for quite a few years and have always have had a positive shopping experience. This outlet is just off Interstate 95 and is one of two that flank the exit, one east of it and one west of the highway. Of the two, I prefer this outlet, mostly because I prefer the stores at this one, stores such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, etc., but it is not a stretch to visit both outlets as they are minutes apart. Foot traffic is not too bad, so you shouldn't see the crowds and fight for parking as you would in an outlet like, say Orlando. I definitely recommend stopping by this outlet. It is literally just off the exit and you will find some great stores to browse as you stretch your legs. read more

This Outlet has over 80 stores. All in one roll. So prepared to walk to the end mall and walk back the same distance to your car. This is a long walk. This mall has three major sport store like Adidas, Nike, Reebok. The other big store included Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Bass, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and American Eagle. The Black Friday is chaos, the police created a one way in and one way out situation that long line was form due to traffic. Just to get in the mall is minimum 30 minutes. Find parking is another 15 to 30 minutes. Most of the stores have some mark down. Some has more than 70% mark down. A lot of shoppers. The food court in this mall is very small. Not spectacular at all. I rather eat outside. read more

I went as soon as they opened. There are a number of great stores. Favorites like Eddie Bauer, Nike, Adidas, AE, Van Heusen Bose to name a few. You will find some fantastic deals. Sometimes marked up but generally I have seen great mark downs. I got slacks for 24.99 that are normally $75. I got Levy's for 15.99. There's plenty to save and you don't want to rush. Yes there is a small food court, plenty of parking. Also, don't forget to check in and get a discount redeemable at the outlet office. I have gotten $130 Nike sneakers for a mere $29. Look around you could find a treasure. I would like to see more home related stores in addition to all the fashion stores. There are quite a few stores and more stores across I95. Worth a visit. This outlet center is bigger than the other St. Augustine outlets. I come here for a limited amount of stores I want to shop at. I usually shop at the same 4-5 stores and head to the other outlets in the area. There are many popular stores here. If you have not heard of them, you have probably been living in a cave lol. The stores I usually frequent are J. Crew, GAP, Aeropostale, and Coach. There are many other stores I would like to shop and browse at but there is not enough time. And besides, when you are in the oldest city, you want to see the good stuff! This outlet center is way more busy than the other outlet. There are probably double the amount of stores too. There are a couple locations for restrooms at these outlets. I also like that there are two entrances/exits here so traffic does not get too crazy. Like many outlets, you can check in at their customer service and receive a coupon book. Unfortunately, not every store here provides discounts. Overall, I do not prefer this outlet center to others but I stop at this one because of the specific stores I previously spoke about. The parking can be bad sometimes and there are way more tourists here. Oh and there is a car detailing place that you can drop your car off while you shop! read more

Decided to check this place out since I was in the area. I had no feelings for this place, it wasn't the best as to what I am used to in Orlando. Most of the stores here I do not shop at and there were only about 1-3 stores I went into. This place is a waste of time and the side walks are so small when there is a crowd of people walking both ways. There are vending machines on the side so if you get stuck you would have to wait for the other side to pass you before walking again... I wouldn't recommend this outlet unless you know what you need and what store you need an item from. read more

Not too far off of I-95, the St. Augustine premium outlets offer most of shops you can find at the outlets in Orlando but not nearly as large. These outlets are a lot less crowded and less overwhelming to manage. This biggest appeal for my mom and I was the Williams Sonoma outlet store. These are not common and so we sought it out. Great deals here. When I visited they had the Star Wars branded items at a hefty discount-- including the Instapot! If you're in the area, it's a nice way to spend your morning. read more

If you know what to expect, then this is a decent outlet strip center. I consider myself a smart shopper so I understand not everything here is a "great deal" just because it's at an outlet mall. I have my regular stores that I frequent and they fit the bill for a quick purchase without waiting for shipping - or spending a certain amount to get free shipping. I come here to purchase items and not do a lot of "shopping." Sometimes there are even sales on top of the the potentially good deals which makes the trip even sweeter. It's smart to shop online when possible and then check stock at the stores here. This is a nice array of shops in the Vero Beach area that has a nice selection. Overall, the stores were nice- I would have liked to have more oof them or a better selections but overall it is what it is. I think the main issue is the selection of the items of the stores. Maybe after the holidays they haven't gotten many trucks since then. Most of the items were the same old same old that people didn't want. Plenty of shops that tailor to both men and women. Obviously I'm more partial the men's clothing and the outlets are near to plenty of food and other shopping centers. This would be a nice place to stop on a rainy day or on the way in and out of town. I can say I highly recommend the outlets and the Polo and other men's stores are well-stocked and there were items I haven't seen in others that I would have liked to pop on. We stopped here as a break from a very long road trip and even though I didn't get to stop and buy much I would come back. I would just fly next time rather than drive a day. read more

If you're anything like me when you see an outlet mall, you get excited. You think bargains, sales and brand name stores. Who doesn't want to save money?? So, with that in mind we high tailed it off the interstate and headed towards discount central. First off, there is one main entrance to this mall and is a rough one. It's one way in and one way out with a stop sign and speed bump only a few car lengths from the light. Naturally, when it's busy this means you're back up into the road. Once in the lot, parking was relatively easy for us since we don't circle or fight for front row parking. We find a spot. We park. We walk. On the store side of things this mall is just okay. It had some decent names like Adidas, Coach and Kate Spade, but the deals just weren't there. Compared to other outlets it didn't have that same money saving allure that has me taking bags and bags to the car. Overall: B- Decent stores. Meh entry way and parking. Lack of deals. Not worth driving out here just for this place. read more

This outlet is quite good -- lots of stores in a long strip with a small food court in the middle. Many of the well known brands that frequent outlets are here -- Polo, Banana Republic, Aerosoles, Warner, Cosmetics Company Store,Ann Taylor, Hagar, Perfumania, Tommy Hilfiger, Merrill shoes, Claire's, GNC, etc etc. And there weren't any empty storefronts like at some other malls I've seen lately. Even the small food court (it only has 4 restaurants with a Simon Guest services kiosk in the middle) is full -- no empty restaurant sites -- which is another sign of a healthy mall. It's "off season" here, so many stores have big sales (up to 70/80% off). Some places are better than others -- it will depend what you're looking for. And some have more inventory on sale than others... If you're in the area, this would make a decent stop -- especially if you don't have a similar mall near you. read more

This review is for the premium outlets on the west side of I-95. The St. Augustine Premium Outlets have a great selection of stores and you can find pretty much anything you need. There are probably 40 stores selling everything from shoes, clothes, and handbags to watches, kitchen goods, food and candles. The mall is set up like a strip mall with stores on one side and parking on the other. You can walk down the walk path to all of the stores. In the middle is a bounce ride for kids and there is a small food court with a few options. The outlet mall is pretty clean and there is ample parking for everyone. Traffic can get a bit crazy, there are other entrances to the mall besides the first, main entrance. It can take a while to get in and out especially around the holidays so you may want to consider using another entrance. This mall is nice for an afternoon stroll or to wander and find something new. There is something for pretty much anyone. Just an FYI for some of the stores: Movado, Tommy Bahama, Le Creuset, Nike, Converse, Addidas, Coach, Lane Bryant, Bass, Polo Ralph Lauren, Bose, Harry and David, Swavorski, Yankee Candle, and Sketchers. read more

Some stores have different hours due to staff shortages. You can easily park anywhere and walk the entire outlet with no problem. Not much of a food court, but plenty of restaurants surrounding the area. I wouldn't make a special drive to visit if not already in the area. read more
