The second time, a woman who identified herself as the manager, Katrina Ford, was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She barely looked at the bag before accusing me of putting the hole in the bag myself. When I showed her that it was clearly a stitching issue, she advised that the store doesn't cover that. She told me to call corporate. Not two minutes later she said the store covers stitching issues but not the one I had because I caused it myself. Clearly corporate disagrees as they are giving me a gift card to purchase a new bag, which is what the warranty is. I even told Ms. Ford that, on top of the exchange, I was looking to make an additional purchase. She did not care. She was so rude and hateful and disrespectful that, after I spend my gift card, I will never buy from Michael Kors again. I literally went three doors down and bought two Kate Spade purses. In the words of Vivienne, "Oh you work on commission. Right uh yes big mistake big huge i have to go shopping now.*

The store is smaller than other Michael Kors outlets I have been to. This store is small so there are many associates to help. Unfortunately, I have felt borderline harassed when shopping here most times. When I have visited this location, I am not usually on a mission to find something; it is more to just browse. I do have to say, the majority of times I visited, I was harassed by staff members. I have been pressured into purchasing accessories or more item and gains a discount, event though I was not in the market to purchase anything other than what I was purchasing. There were a couple of times I felt like cursing an leaving-that is how bad it was. Overall, I do enjoy this location. This store is always clean and very tidy. The products here are always well kept. The discounts are usually very reasonable as well.

I also look for men's pajama pants for myself because I like them baggy. Unfortunately, I have not found any yet here. I then make my way towards the women's section and start in the back by the clearance section. I usually find at least one item in the clearance area. I then make my way towards the front of the store, browsing through the women's section. In the next aisle, it is athletic and logo clothing. I walk through but rarely buy anything in this section because why would I pay for clothing to advertise their logo?!? This location has never been seriously busy. With that being said, I rarely have waited on line to pay. There is always at least one employee behind the registers and they are completing some kind of task while they wait for a customer to come up and check out. From my experiences, they are not most bubbly people but that is fine. The prices are reasonable but I have noticed the outlet jeans fit completely different than the regular store ones so I no longer purchase them. Sometimes they're having a great sale and other times they're not. Before I picked up my online order, I opted to look around. There wasn't anything in particular that caught my eye. The store was well kept, organized, and team members seemed friendly. I stood in line to pickup my online order. I gave the team member my last name, she went to the back, and within a few minutes I was on my way. I was lucky enough to find parking in front, but beware, if it's a busy day at the outlets, parking can be problematic.

I do not visit as much as I would like but I go when I can. Every time I have walked into this store, I was greeted by a staff member. It always seems like the staff is busy and productive instead of standing around like other establishments. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I think every time I have been to the register, they have engaged in conversation. J. Crew used to have a punch card that only ran a couple months each year. Each time you visited, they would mark off your visit and after 3 visits, you received 20% off your next purchase. That was really cool but I only completed it once! They also have a student discount if you show them your student ID. That always helps me! The store is very clean and tidy. The music playing is always pleasant. I have rarely seen items out of place because the staff is usually walking around checking everything.

For example, today they had long sleeve tshirts on sale buy one get one free. Full price is only $23 so it is a great deal for two. They have a huge selection and often have a wide variety of color choices for each item. This is also my go to place for jewelry as they have a wide selection that is reasonably priced. Keep in mind that this is an outlet store. It is large and you don't get a great deal of assistance. They always have someone in the fitting rooms and a couple people up front.
