They do have business casual attire, but I typically buy my work clothes at other stores. Here I can find the basics such as shorts and tshirts for summer and jeans and sweaters for winter. They also have a great selection of cardigans which is great. The prices are very fair and reasonable. They often run buy one get one free sales. For example, today they had long sleeve tshirts on sale buy one get one free. Full price is only $23 so it is a great deal for two. They have a huge selection and often have a wide variety of color choices for each item. This is also my go to place for jewelry as they have a wide selection that is reasonably priced. Keep in mind that this is an outlet store. It is large and you don't get a great deal of assistance. They always have someone in the fitting rooms and a couple people up front. There is sometimes someone walking around, but typically there is not. Overall, I love this store for my wardrobe basics.

I had asked if I can use the super cash on the online order and the in store purchase. her response was "yes you should be able to" when I got to the register had about $200 in cart and wanted to order what they didn't have in the store but the manager at register said I couldn't use the super cash for both. a bit disappointing. Sometimes they're having a great sale and other times they're not. Before I picked up my online order, I opted to look around. There wasn't anything in particular that caught my eye. The store was well kept, organized, and team members seemed friendly. I stood in line to pickup my online order. I gave the team member my last name, she went to the back, and within a few minutes I was on my way. I was lucky enough to find parking in front, but beware, if it's a busy day at the outlets, parking can be problematic.

I do not visit as much as I would like but I go when I can. Every time I have walked into this store, I was greeted by a staff member. It always seems like the staff is busy and productive instead of standing around like other establishments. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I think every time I have been to the register, they have engaged in conversation. J. Crew used to have a punch card that only ran a couple months each year. Each time you visited, they would mark off your visit and after 3 visits, you received 20% off your next purchase. That was really cool but I only completed it once! They also have a student discount if you show them your student ID. That always helps me! The store is very clean and tidy. The music playing is always pleasant. I have rarely seen items out of place because the staff is usually walking around checking everything.
