A really cute vintage style shop on one of the main streets in historic st. Augustine. The clothing here is styled after decades gone by, also with some really cute modern-day fashions. The fun tanks in the window is what got me inside. Once in they had some rockabilly styles and really cute shoes. I loved the spats style heels!! The staff was friendly and welcomed us in and offered help. They had a solid collection of men's and women's items which was nice. I love when men's button up shirts have subtle quirky patterns of things you wouldn't expect. Overall: A+ Super fun finds I didn't expect. My wife and I walked by the store and the windows caught our eyes. Lots of fun retro 60s clothing with plenty of Beatles throwbacks. My wife wanted to go in and so we went shopping. After walking around and talking to Rachael, who is an absolute delight to talk to and discuss the different fashions, my wife settled on a pair of fashion eyeglasses. Rachael did a wonderful job wrapping them up as well gift bag and away we went. We will definitely be back. read more

I loved the vibe of this store! Situated on a bustling street with a great view out it's big storefront windows, it felt cozy yet open. There is tons of merchandise but did not seem crowded. The young guy working the morning we were there, was fantastic! He was friendly and helpful. He was also super funny and personable. We ended up staying for almost an hour and bought a ton of stuff. They carry theses British men's dress shirts with the most unique prints. I ended up buying 4 for my son. My friend bought several things for herself too. Cheap goods and horrible customer service. This store sold us a nice-looking faux leather (polyurethane) hand bag that literally disintegrated when we walked out of the store. This polyurethane bag pulverized into small pieces of plastic right when we started using it. We went back to return the item the same day, and the store staff were unwilling to provide any sort of customer service. No return, no exchange, no refund at all. We even reached out to the store owner on Facebook and Instagram and no response. Total scum. read more

I hate to leave a bad review, but it's due to the smothering staff! We LOVED this store and really wanted to shop here but the girls working wouldn't leave us alone. They were literally following us to every rack and trying to either involve themselves in our conversations or "pretending" to straighten clothes and eavesdropping. Anytime we made the slightest mention of something being cute, they immediately cut in and started pushing other items on us. I stated several times "thanks, we're fine" and they just ignored it and kept on with the behavior. This place is great. My wife and I stopped in and were greeted by two terrific young ladies. Wish I got their names but both were awesome. The blonde young lady was having so much fun helping me pick out Beatles t shirts and she put together outfits for my wife. We were there at 11 in the morning and we passed by the store again at around 8.30 in the evening and both gals were still working, smiling and having a great time. Our daughter loves fun and funky stuff, especially clothing, so the night before, when we were on the GhostAugustine tour, she had spotted Mod Mari and wanted to return on our shopping day. We did; and, she found a number of items she liked; but, being 16, they didn't happen to have anything in her size, so we kind of came up empty. They were expecting more items after our weekend trip, so we'll have to come back up to try again. Great little store, right on the main thoroughfares through St. Augustine. read more

Very poor customer service. I was sold a defective dress and receipt states that you are allowed to exchange/return in 30 days for store credit as long as you have a receipt and tag still on the clothing. I honored all of the terms. Owner, Mariama Law, refuse to honor her return policy for exchange or even stor credit. I will not be shopping here. read more

Great place for different trendy apparel. Have British mod clothes too. Only thing is .... us fat Americans wear more then a size large, especially i think in a tourist area. If they stock an XL or XXL I would have bought a few more gifts while i have the time on my short getaway to St Augustine. Im not big on hard sell sales associates,( it feels a bit pushy to me )but everyone is super nice and helpful. Cool store & i highly recommend. Ill be back around again read more
