There was no employee at one counter, so I went to the other one, where there was one lady doing a return, and doing it *very* slowly... It took her probably 5 minutes to complete it AFTER I'd already gotten there, so who really knew how long it took from start to finish! I think it took 15 minutes for me to check out with my two simple items. However, even though she was slow, the cashier was extremely friendly, so a point in her favor!
