Then of course, the bright colored scarves was the next thing that pulled me in. I'm a sucker for scarves and any other accessory for that matter. They had a section dedicated to this line and the patterns of their scarves and handbags were so appealing to me. The patterns that I loved were Sallie Anne and the Callahan. They had purses, coin purses, wristlets and jewelry in each which made it very difficult to decide which I wanted. In the end, I purchased an artisian scarf in a soft pastel pattern, a beautiful cover for my mini ipad which was actually made for a Kindle but it fits my mini perfectly. We were the only one's in the store for awhile but she totally took care of us and made us feel right at home at all times. This is a store that I wouldn't shop in regularly, but I'm glad we found pieces that we fell in love with and were able to take home. I wore my scarf to a meeting the next day and got lots of compliments on it. Wouldn't you know...the following day it was 80 degrees in San Diego so it's been sitting pretty on my closet shelf. When you are with a group of friend and someone wants to try things, the music is blasting! So if you are bothered by loud noises I wouldn't go in this place. I also, have mixed feeling about the items. I do think that some things can be overpriced but somethings are really cute and feel unique. I know that these shops are going to be more money because it is a tourist spot, but sometimes things are little crazy IMO. If you are looking for cute gifts you can find something for 20 bucks but if you want a dress get great to spend around 100 on one thing.
