This is the disgusting seat

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was pee everywhere, no toilet paper, no paper towels, the hand dryers broke, couldn't even sit on the toilet seat so disgusting can't even believe it! and when talked to one of the workers about the restroom they said they can't do anything about it! CANT CLEAN THEIR OWN RESTROOM ABSOLUTELY VILE

Great selection. Reasonable prices. Lacking customer service. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Miss leading "sale" and "clearance" signs. I've been to worse stores but there is definitely room for improvement from the ladies running the registers. The one male associate we encountered on the floor was helpful...hell, I think I might have even caught a glimpse of a smile from him.

I've never been in a beach speciality store this large. It's huge! Anything you need for the beach and I mean ANYTHING is here. Beach towels, sunglasses, boogie boards, beach chairs, swimsuits and coverups as far the eye can see. There are countless souvenirs to bring home for your friends and family. I noticed lots of tee shirts on sale, but the prices on the regular priced items was pretty outrageous. I bought a small (very small) bag of Jelly Belly jelly beans to get my kid to STFU while I was browsing without looking at the price and it was FOUR dollars. That's just ridiculous in my opinion for a tiny bag of jelly beans. I'd go elsewhere for my beach needs because of the expense of the merchandise here. I don't think it can be beat as far as selection goes, however.

All the beach stuff you can possibly need - t-shirts, towels, swimsuits (for men and women and kids), sunglasses - and all the souvenirs you might need including mugs and magnets and postcards and key chains. Prices are reasonable and you certainly can't beat the selection.

They had all the souvenirs that anyone could need. They had a very extensive amount of different kinds of merchandise.

Teenage sizes in a town full of older, full-bodied women. No D-cup tops or Large bottoms. Prices…read moreare $50 per piece. I don't know if it's because i'm brown, but I was watched like a hawk by the associates while older white guys were free to roam the store without harassment. I had two girls in close proximity to me at all times while I browsed. All items have a security tag on it so it doesn't make sense to be watched like that. I had two girls watching me as I returned from the fitting room and pulled out the pieces that I wanted. The women's fitting room is exposed to the public so husbands and male associates can directly see into the fitting room when you open the door and are in your underwear (asking for another size, or wanting a full-body view in a mirror). I had the pieces that i wanted in hand, but decided to get a different bottom. After spending $250 (I found the ONLY 3 sets in my D cup and Large size bottoms) I asked if i could look at the sun glasses at the register. The girls at the register said they'd keep my bag (that i just paid for) at the counter. I felt eyes on me and saw both girls at the counter staring at me while they checked out other people at the register. An older white guy was at the counter and the girl asked who helped him today he said "nobody." It was so creepy. I also paid full-price for frayed bikinis, and an over-reach of surveillance (even tho it's all tagged) just because they are the only shop in town with bikinis and i'm visiting. Just order cheaper sets online before your vacation here. Save yourself the humiliation and save on your budget. You could make some money if you want to document, and sue for racial profiling and harassment.

The selection of men's tropical shirts is really great, often bargains on clearance. Womens name-brand clothing is FL heat friendly. In the home section we discovered coastal-themed accessories for kitchen, patio, and dining. Clearance Tervis cups are perfect for my decor and never drip condensation! the value.

Walking in, the store is clean and well organized (kind of hard to find the Plus Size section, but frankly, that's pretty normal... they always hide us in the back). Departments were marked well, with ample signage, and sales were well advertised. Racks were clean and straight, there wasn't any mess in the walkways or overflowing tables of tee-shirts. It was a relaxing, stress-free, shopping experience. Even on an early Saturday morning, this store was not busy at all, which I prefer. Clothing definitely skews toward "Ladies Who Lunch in Florida," - you won't find anything super-trendy that your teenager would wear. This is for stylish mature women who live in FL and need to look amazing, put together, and cool, all at the same time. Clothing fabrications reflect those needs, too, with light and airy options that won't make us sweat (I shopped in April). Fitting rooms were nicely-sized, with a solid door (not a curtain), and a chair. One gripe... there were only two hooks for clothes (I like to have hooks for "Try On," "Buy," and "Put Back" options). Within the fitting room, but outside the individual stalls, was a three-way mirror so you could get a really good look at your outfit to make sure you'll look good coming AND going! As I said at the beginning, the check-out staff was what really dropped the quality of my experience. There was no employee at one counter, so I went to the other one, where there was one lady doing a return, and doing it *very* slowly... It took her probably 5 minutes to complete it AFTER I'd already gotten there, so who really knew how long it took from start to finish! I think it took 15 minutes for me to check out with my two simple items. However, even though she was slow, the cashier was extremely friendly, so a point in her favor! I like this location, and I like the clothing sold in this store, so I guess I just have to decide if the long wait to pay is worth the affordable stylish clothing?
