what a terrible experience!!! was in the store for about 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me and that was just an excuse me so she could grab her hourly numbers board. she later came back about 10 minutes later and asked if I was finding everything ok, I asked for a few sizes and she checked then offered if the size was not available we can order. I had asked if I can use the super cash on the online order and the in store purchase. her response was "yes you should be able to" when I got to the register had about $200 in cart and wanted to order what they didn't have in the store but the manager at register said I couldn't use the super cash for both. a bit disappointing. I just left everything. Hopefully we can do better next time. read more

I love this store and so much it is not organized or clean and so messy and they haven't put all the summer clothes out yet and they need to do that right away around match and have make cuter clothes everything is so boring and they need to keep cleaning always every few minutes when customer keep coming and going and have better hand sanitizer smells better and clean plus map and clean the windows doors and update the bathrooms and have bath spray keep it smelling great and lower the prices of everything and it is just boring and nothing exciting to see anymore nothing new and same clothes and etc. from Lauren read more

1st time shopping here, and I found great deals for my boy and hubby. Great sales during summer time, even on a regular weekend. Toddlers 2T-4T tops and tanks ate $3-$4, great prices and pretty good quality. Each sections are well organized and easy for me to shop for both son and dad. That's always a plus. read more

Poor performance at Black Friday sales. The line wait for paid is 45 minutes. They allow special treatment to customers who carry the old navy card. They allow them to skip line. I don't to give them the special treatment. However you open six check out counter and two of them was use for the this special customer is too much. I would said if you running the sales, you need to open the 7 and 8 check out counters. Six is not enough. The Black Friday run entire store 50% off. The customers is lined up to paid. It is a scene. Consider this is one of the year events. But because of the situation. I would not step in because of my experience to this store. Not worthwhile for the sales. I like other old navy but not here. read more

31/365 Holy hot mess! While outlet stores are not always the most organized, chaos is a different beast. This store needs a clean sweep crew to overhaul the mess. There are some deals here if you're willing to look through the unorganized jazz, but honestly nothing so great you wouldn't be able to find it on clearance at your regular local version. One would think the outlet would offer better pricing but I didn't really find that to be the case here. Staff was pretty minimal, which explains the messiness. They were all pretty much on register or attempting to refold the heaps. Seems pretty across the board for this chain to have skeleton crews and the results show. Overall: C- Semi decent prices aren't personally worth the digging for me. read more

It's Old Navy! But what makes this Old Navy different is that it's an outlet! You know what that means...deals, deals, and deals! Maybe that item you thought they were sold out of at the regular store can be found here or perhaps even if it was sold out online it may end up here! This happened to me! I actually wanted this plaid shirt and ordered it online. I needed a different size and it was sold out online for exchange or re-purchase. I went to the store in hopes of exchanging it, but alas they were sold out as well so I just returned it. This happened a few months ago! What happens now? I happened to be walking by the outlet store and the mannequin has it on in the window...what?...shut up! Needless to say, that was my purpose for going in and alas...I have the correct size! Woo Hoo! Plus, I saw a few more things to buy...oops! I have been in this store before, but honestly I have no idea why I don't shop here more often, but that's going to change. I read other reviews and I had a different experience thank goodness. They were well stocked and not sparsely supplied like some outlet stores. The store was very neat and tidy...everything seemed to be in its place. In fact, when I asked for assistance the staff was refolding items. That said, the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. However, I would say they may be understaffed...but then again, it wasn't busy and I don't really know if it ever is at this location. I was happy with the service! Not to mention I walked right up to the counter to pay and I've never had that happen at any Old Navy store. It is located at the indoor outlet mall side of the outlet center and is close to a main mall entrance with plenty of parking. read more

I went to Old Navy on a mission to get some jeans. I got lucky because the jeans were $12! Here comes the problem, the Jean wall was such a mess that it took me over 20 minutes to find the jeans I wanted when it should have only taken me 2 minutes. The sizes and styles were all mixed in. Furthermore, they knew they were having a jeans sale and had no one over there trying to organize the jeans. I settled for a style of jeans I didn't really want because I no longer felt like searching through the piles of jeans. I went to get in line and the line was very long and only one cashier was ringing. I decided to walk around the store for a bit. When I returned, the line was still long, but two other people had begun ringing. I was in line for probably about 10-15 minutes. I may return to this location because it's so close to home, but it is a small store and selection is limited. read more

Excellent selection and great deals, but they always seem to be understaffed and moving slow. It's a great spot for Christmas gifts and basics for your wardrobe, especially during the crazy sales.
