Then of course, the bright colored scarves was the next thing that pulled me in. I'm a sucker for scarves and any other accessory for that matter. They had a section dedicated to this line and the patterns of their scarves and handbags were so appealing to me. The patterns that I loved were Sallie Anne and the Callahan. They had purses, coin purses, wristlets and jewelry in each which made it very difficult to decide which I wanted. In the end, I purchased an artisian scarf in a soft pastel pattern, a beautiful cover for my mini ipad which was actually made for a Kindle but it fits my mini perfectly. We were the only one's in the store for awhile but she totally took care of us and made us feel right at home at all times. This is a store that I wouldn't shop in regularly, but I'm glad we found pieces that we fell in love with and were able to take home. I wore my scarf to a meeting the next day and got lots of compliments on it. Wouldn't you know...the following day it was 80 degrees in San Diego so it's been sitting pretty on my closet shelf. Had to stop in here for an online order pickup (or so I thought). I really only seem to go to Kohls…read moreduring the holidays, due to their great deals. Their parking lot gets filled pretty quickly, so while they appear to have ample parking, sometimes you have to park pretty far away. When I entered, I went to the back, where I thought online order pickups would be. I had to pick up two separate orders, one for my dad, and then one for an order I placed yesterday. When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go.

The older lady who checked me in only told me a couple items she was not accepting, and then walked off the whole process was 100% unclear on what was being accepted versus what was being declined. I 100% understand that they can't buy everything and everything is based off of current inventory and what they can sell fast so I want to assure anybody reading this review that I am not mad about them not buying my stuff. But I am mad about is the fact they didn't make their process clear and couldn't even treat me a little bit of human decency. I would like to thank Ren and the tall young boy with wavy brown hair and light eyes who helped me out to my car with the stuff, considering I was recovering from Surgery and I was already spent in this Florida heat. Those were the only two individuals who even treated me like I was a human coming into that store versus some piece of trash just trying to get money for crack or something. What really annoys me the most about this whole experience is of course they only took my designer boutique items, but I understand why but they didn't even take the complete set. They only took certain parts of each set, leaving me with a bathing hat, but they took the bathing suit or they took the dress and left me with the bloomers. If you expect me to keep all the sets together, and I have to go through all this work to make sure everything's together then you better take the entire damn set and not just half of it. They also didn't keep the sets together on the items that they did not accept. I had to go through everything again and pair everything up. Do not expect me to have the professional courtesy to do these things and then you can't even be kind enough to do it back to me. If I were a firefighter I wouldn't step foot in this place, even if it were on fire because absolutely screw these people Also wanna say they charge outrageous prices for clothing that has been very well loved.
