They have a huge selection and often have a wide variety of color choices for each item. This is also my go to place for jewelry as they have a wide selection that is reasonably priced. Keep in mind that this is an outlet store. It is large and you don't get a great deal of assistance. They always have someone in the fitting rooms and a couple people up front. There is sometimes someone walking around, but typically there is not. Overall, I love this store for my wardrobe basics.

I think every time I have been to the register, they have engaged in conversation. J. Crew used to have a punch card that only ran a couple months each year. Each time you visited, they would mark off your visit and after 3 visits, you received 20% off your next purchase. That was really cool but I only completed it once! They also have a student discount if you show them your student ID. That always helps me! The store is very clean and tidy. The music playing is always pleasant.
